Mink and Andy have been kicking my butt for months and still I come back for more. Having worked with a variety of trainers (fitness-club-based and independent) over the years, Im so pleased that these two have such a high level of knowledge and training, in terms of physical fitness, nutrition and mindfulness/meditation, among other things. Im confident they will push me to my absolute limit and no further, such that I get a solid workout without the fear of being injured (been there too many times). I also appreciate the wide variety of warm-ups/workouts, and their ability to adjust quickly to my ever-changing schedule and fitness goals. Im in the best shape of my life, thanks to these two. I CANNOT recommend this place highly enough.

Well, I "love it" to the extent one can possibly love fitness training! Mink and Andy are both great trainers with different approaches which is really nice because it builds variety into your training. Both are ridiculously fit themselves and really know about exercise, nutrition, general well being. I sometimes cant believe how hard they push but miraculously I can usually do what theyve asked for...or almost do it anyway. I always leave physically exhausted but happier and more fulfilled than when I arrive. Thats a plus I never expected to get from a personal training session. Just try it...give them a month and theyll set you on the path to progressing to a better life.

Mink and Andy are awesome! They are really in it because they care about you and your goals. The hard work that they put into your fitness plan is worth much more than they could ever charge a client. They are always encouraging but make you work hard to reach your goals. They are experienced at what they do and are very professional. I have worked with them for over 6 months and have appreciated their flexibility to work with me on a busy schedule. And the workouts are fun and challenging. My favorite is dance and kickboxing!

Mink and Andy are the best! They make you work hard but you see results! They give awesome motivations and help keep you on track with your foods and goals! Its always a mix of what were going to do that day for your workout but its guaranteed to make you sweat! Kickboxing days are definitely my favorite though! In the year and half Ive been working out with Mink and Andy Ive gone from huffing and puffing and not being able to do a burpee to doing burpees for warm ups! Thank you! =D

Andy and mink are awsome! I love working with Andy because she is teaching me kickboxing and its so much fun. Its also a great work out! Mink is great trainer to he pushes me to work harder than I thought I could. They are both so much fun to train with and have a lot of good information about nutrition.
