I started a year and a half ago with their first week - $18 - all the classes you want and have been going ever since. I have been to several classes with different teachers and styles and they are all great. The teachers are experienced and knowledgable and the students are friendly and welcoming. They also have a great schedule so you can fit in yoga whenever its convenient for you. And dont miss out of the weekend workshops and special events!

Such a great place to practice the art of yoga. There are weekend workshops that focus on specific skill / health issue. The special weekend workshops for Veterans are free.
