Stay away from this place. I started my membership cause it was a great price and close by. I moved to Los angeles a year later and tried to cancel my membership and they said i had to come in to cancel. I kept calling and found I could send a certified letter or have another member bring in my letter. Another member brought it in for me and still they kept charging me. So 1 year and 8 months after I moved to los angeles they finally canceled my membership, but will not refund me any of the monthly money they charged me. They are a horrible company and have no one to answer to, the general manager get the final say and can screw people any way they want since there are no corporate offices and the "investors" apparently dont have phone numbers. Do not give them your business.

I really wanted to join this place because they had a great promo going on ($7.00 per month), amazing price right? The gym looked very nice, clean, LCD TVs everywhere, everybody was working out, BUT when I stopped by - I was very disappointed by the STAFF! I approached the fitness agent to inquire about the $7.00 per month - I received HORRIBLE customer service, just awful! I intend to speak with the Manager of the establishment, if I am not satisfied with the outcome of my concern, I will contact a District or Regional Manager, if I am still not satisfied with my concern, I will contact the corporate office. Little did the fitness agent know, I am the type of person who will take my concern ALL the way to the top of the chain!!!

I love that it is a small gym. It allows me to get in, get my workout done, and get out. Staff is friendly. The equipment is maintained nicely. If there ever is an issue the staff does their best to correct the issue. I do understand that during peck hours you might have to wait for specific strength training equipment. My experience is most member are willing to split the machine with others. If you are looking for a small gym to just get it done, I highly recommend visiting with the staff to see if the gym meets your needs.

I really like this gym. The employees arent staking you trying to get you to do personal training. They let you workout in peace. The facility is always clean. Everyone is friendly. I wish it was a tad bigger though. Other then that no complaints. Ive been working out in this gym for about a year now and I can honestly say I like it better then any other gyms Ive used.

In the last several months I have found the gym to be extremely clean the employees more professional. I love the way the manager Tony has rearranged the equipment so it makes more room for people to move around and work out. I feel the gyms quality of standards have risen extremely.

Customer service is not great. Machines are little older. Small bathrooms, 1 changing room. No locker rooms, lockers are outside on gym floor. No showers. No extra miscellaneous rooms for Zumba/Yoga classes, boo. All 7 TVs suck. Small claustrophobic gym floor.

Close to home and at a great price. Personal trainers are awesome. They know what theyre doing. It is a small location compare to others and did which there were classes held there as they advertise.

Small inside and it often is crowded. Some of the equipment has been abused such as the bench and squat bars are all bent. Still its hard to beat the convenience of the location.
