I have been going to Sumits Yoga RSM for many years. The instructors are so genuine and personable. Super great studio and wonderful locker room and showers. It has gotten me through many things in my life, from the passing of my father, to raising my children. It has grounded me and been such a benefit to my health. I am so grateful for them!

Music is too loud. Not in alignment with what Yoga is all about...Left with a splitting headaches from the noise. Sounds like they crank it up to 100 on a scale of 1-10. After 2 weeks of this,I quit and my ears are still ringing!

Love this studio. The teachers are friendly and professional. The classes will leave you sweating! Be sure to bring your own yoga mat, towel, and plenty of water. These are available to borrow for a class but at a price.

Excellent studio and great workouts. Ive been going for two years now twice a week. It is a great way for me to build my core, focus on balance, and condition my body for running in the heat of SoCal.
