I have a ten year old daughter. She has a gentle soul and is not physically aggressive. With all the "bullying" that occurs in school that both school staff and parents miss.... it is important for a parent to empower their only child. At UFC Lake Forest, I found the staff members all to be caring especially in the childrens program after school. We were fortunate to work 1:1 with Coach Paul. He built up my daughters confidence and physical ability. The trainers are all awesome. They teach the foundation of an athlete but it is the relationship that they build with the children that I find to be most rewarding. Each and every trainer we had come across at UFC Lake Forest are so caring and helpful. It reminded me of the TV show "Cheers" where everyone knows your kids name. The management has an awesome team. We worked with Art who signed us up into the program. And most recently, Steve the manager, is always helpful with your needs. Because UFC Gym has different owners, I can only speak for the one that is in Lake Forest owned by Mike. We joined because two of my nephews and my niece are part of the childrens membership. It became a family activity with my daughter seeing her cousins. We moved out of the area but we hope to get our schedule straighten out so we could come back soon.... especially our 1:1 time with Coach Paul, definitely a champion in our hearts! CHECK OUT UFC GYM, Lake Forest.... if you have any children with excessive energy and lack of focus ;D ...you will see an awesome change in them!

This place is Incredible! I have been coming here for about 8 months, and I would never choose another gym... because it is so much more. Not only are the classes great (kickboxing, boxing, training, etc), but I appreciate the ability to lift, or jump in the ring, or do some cardio. The staff is so damn friendly (Steve, niko, scott, alex, blake, everyone)! Every single person is uplifting, encouraging, and it essentially becomes a family. I had so many misconceptions about what I thought this place "would be like" and I was so wrong. Such a wide variety of people, but not a single bad interaction. I have been so happy, I have even brought in other co-workers, and my entire family. My daughters are 11 and 13, and they both do classes and train in Brajilian ju Jitzu. They love Earl (the coach) and the ability for them to stay active and know how to handle situations that may arise in the future. I could talk about this place forever, but just try it out for yourself... best workout, best people, and fun environment.

Was visiting my wifes family in lake forest and we needed somewhere to work out. Most places dont have options for people who are in town for short periods of time, unless you want to drop $25+ at a crossfit gym per session. UFC gym had a great deal of $10 for 10 days. Awesome place, cool staff, and great little workout facility. Somewhat limited on machines, and I wish they had a real squat rack instead of a guided assist machine. But other than that it was a great gym. I would recommend it to anyone.

I had my first workout today at UFC and I loved it! There is something so satisfying about punching a bag. Even at six months pregnant I am able to get a great workout in here. Everyone is friendly and very helpful in showing you what to do and how to do it correctly. I would definitely recommend stopping in and checking out a class!

Love this place. I used to live close by and go there a lot but now I drive from far to go there on weekends. Trainers and management staff are great so is the facility. Your money will be well invested here.

UFC Gym Lake Forest

Best gym with great trainers, staff and atmosphere. The classes are challenging, gym is clean and tidy but most of all, great value. Much cheaper than other local fitness alternatives!
