The reason I put "1" star because the system wont allow me to put "0" stars ... like this is so crazy, 40% of their machines are not working and they dont put signs on the broken machine saying its under maintenance or something (its like they dont care about their machines), I dont know how people still go to that gym ... I asked for a refund after I explained myself they said that they are aware of it and they still cant refund me because the system wont allow them and they were kinda of rude about it, and they told me dont worry we are getting new machines soon but I felt they were lying just to let me stay in the gym, It looks like this place is going to close soon because they have old machines and they dont care about fixing them ... Worst experience ever!!!

Alfredo came to my work place offering a one week free pass, I when to the gym the same day after work to try them out , this guys didnt let me use my pass ,they were pushing me to open a membership ,I understand they work on commission but I think they should have more customer service,the manager ask me for my debit card info ,I refused to give it to him they got upset because I did open the account, Im using LA fitness , not good !!!!!

Watch out with these crooks when I moved I tried to cancel my membership. Which I can only do if I went in, so had to go out of my way and fill out some papers witch they didnt inform me that they added another charge for an extra mouth I did not attend the gym and they lied about the monthly price going to contact the better business bureau.

Love this gym, love the staff, great juice bar, equipment always clean, spotters always there, weights in their place dont have to search for them, and trainers available. Biggest shocker they have their Bachelors not just a certificate in fitness. Bought the entire family memberships we all love it there.

3 stars because once you sign up, theyll telemarket you to death with constant emails and text messages. After several talks with the general manager and corporate I still get text messages asking to upgrade my membership, and other useless spam. Beware. Otherwise, the gym is pretty clean and well kept.

I have lost 70lbs here and love it. The gym is fantastic. No people chatting around while you try and workout. They have all the sruff you need to target those hard to hit areas plus a super knowledgeable staff if you need it. I would give ten stars if I could. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ THERE YOU GO #traindifferent

Everyone thinks they are a MMA fighter. People work out in multiple machines at once and the get in your face if you happen to use one of three or four machines they are using. Nobody uses towels and you constantly have to wipe off others sweat. Absolutely no consideration for others by anyone.

Everyone is so friendly there! Everyone seemed to have a positive attitude! I had the honor of meeting Billy, a personal trainer, and Justin, who I believe is the manager. Very awesome and funny guys. Cant wait to workout tonight! #psyched

If youre still going to the 24 hours on teller, youre wasting your time. Im cancelling my membership at 24 hours. This gym INSPIRES me to work out. 24 hours is a gym that make you question your goals in life! Lol
