This gym has turned into a complete mess! Since Quinn has left weight machines are taking longer to fix, handles and weight pins are broken or missing, the male bathroom is beyond reproach with sinks not working or draining correctly, and there seems to be an overall feeling of deterioration. Quinn, the former manager always treated this gym as a flagship location for the 24Hour Fitness brand and machines were broken for no more than 24-48 hours. Quinn himself would go around picking up trash and towels and could even be seen checking the equipment himself for wear and tear. In the past this gym always seemed worth the extra cost and was a cut-above, however it is starting to feel a bit like the South Coast Metro location which is not a flattering comparison! My friends that Ive made here over the last four years are starting to notice the same and are even bringing it up during our gym conversations. Its time to bring back the quality control and starting treating this gym like a Super Sport location deserving of the Andre Agassi brand & extra monthly cost! When this type of deterioration (in equipment condition & experience) happens this fast its usually a sign of things to come, and future disappointment.

Great gym love the equipment and towel service. The 1 star is because of the front counter staff. Worst customer service ive ever seen. Not that care to know them but the people should welcome you into the gym and make it feel comfortable. Especially, what is supposed to b a notch above the other 24hrs. most of them just stare at you as u come or go and never say anything. It is akward sometimes. The tall manager guy lets it go on so he is the only 1 to blame for the staff. I manage a customer service center and I can tell you, if i saw that kind of behavior from my staff theyd be shown the door. I expected more from here when I purchased the more expensive membership. Just irks me, I provide a top notch level of service to my customers and its hard to find it for myself anywhere. Its not a dream job but its still your job while your there, so do it.

Not to bad . Definitely a step above other 24s in OC. 2 steps above 24s in LA County ! On the plus side ; great outdoor pool and sauna area , Remodeled Basketball court , regulars are pretty courteous to one another, very few macho gorillas strolling around strutting their stuff , friendly and helpful staff , machines are readily available even during peak hours On the negative side; locker room , showers, and toilet area is usually dirty , steam room sometimes smells like Clorox , and by far the biggest negative on this location is their are always lots of cruisers in this gym looking for a quick Hookup or whatever if you no what I mean and believe me they will let you know if they are interested. Ive been literally stocked around the facilities close to 5 or 6 times since I first started going their back in 2013.

I work out at this gym 5 times a week. At least 2-3 times a week the two older female trainers stop me in my workout to take away an item Im using mid work out because they have a client. This is ridiculous... I pay money to use the facility and the fact that they have a client and think its OK to stop me and take away something Im using is beyond ok. I have never complained or posted anything online to complan about service but this is ridiculous. The rest of the staff is amazing but the older ladies that are trainers are beyond rude.... horrible experience....

Love this gym, its clean, people are friendly and Micah I think hes the manager is always making sure you are getting the most from your visit. He is welcoming and knows most of the members by name. It nice to see someone that loves to be at work and makes you feel at home. It seems like the gym has staff turnover but smart move to keep him here. He tries to up sell but not in a car salesman kind of way, if you know what I mean. Micah 5 ***** and 5 :) :) :) :) :) for me. Oh and did I say how HOT you are.

The club has a lot of equipment, including a great selection of hammer strength and treadmills/bikes/elliptical machines. The club is not well maintained, with showers typically dirty, equipment is never cleaned, and there are a lot of small repairs that never seem to get made (new handgrips on machines, hole in roof). The gym needs a good cleaning. Hours are fantastic, but it is not as clean as LA Fitness. Nevertheless, you can get a great workout here.

Agreed with the post above, the dark haired lady trainer grabs weights without asking and leaves equipment everywhere. Lots of great equipment, needs one more Smith Machine (always being used). One thing that sucks: The bike class door is always open during the class = you cant hear your music over the SCREAMING woman who runs it. Ive asked the front desk they close it, a second later its open. Its loud and it stinks please SHUT THE DOOR

Excessive track mills in this 24Hour location have problems specially the ones with TV & Audio features not operating properly. Customers pay extra for these features. Despite several customer complaints to the managers and staffs, the equipment are either not fixed or stay fixed. This has been going on for at least for the last two years, and 24Hours management should have known this problems due to many customers complaints.

I love the machines; I love the stretch room; I love that its very close to home. Holding on to my membership may come down to the towels which are thrown all over the place in the evening because according to the front desk, there are no women to supply the womens locker room with new towels and throw the others in the washer. This is a shame because they promote towels as a major perk.

This place is great. I love working out here. Even during its busiest hour there is plenty of equipment to go around. My only complaint is that there never seems to be enough towels. This is a bit annoying because this was one of the big selling points for me. I never have a problem at the Super Sport at the Spectrum. Have a good workout.

As far as a 24 hour fitness goes, not a bad location. They have a lot of squat racks and it wasnt overly busy for a Monday around 6:30pm. I hadnt however seen so many white people in a while and Im white, Lol! I guess coming from Long Beach theres a little more diversity. All in all however not a bad choice if youre in the area.

Everyone is so friendly, its a great facility, and amazing classes! I would highly recommend Kristys bodypump class on Sunday morning and Monday evening. Also, if you are in to cycling, Lisa teaches a great class on Thursday mornings! I absolutely love them!

4 burglaries in mens locker room. locks are cut and many gym bags stolen. do not leave anything of value in lockers. the staff is no help with this and seemed clueless on what to do. poorly trained and didnt care.
