My fiance and I have been going to Reform for over a year now and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. There are not enough words to describe how much Reform has impacted my day to day life. I now make decisions based on how it may impact my performance. I am stronger and healthier because of the influence I get from this gym and its supportive members. The gym is huge & clean, and the equipment is plentiful. The coaches are knowledgeable and very approachable. Eric, the owner, is very involved in the gym and always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend CrossFit Reform, come try it!

Great people here. I had never done crossfit before, I was out of shape and clueless but they; Ashley, Dan, Maranda, and Eric are more than happy to teach, encourage and cheer you through your first "PR". If you are looking for a Gym that feels more like a second family and you are not into nautilus or jazzercise, and fitness clubs arent really your thing, but you want to get in or stay in shape, then give CrossFit Reform a shot.
