Its hard to find an honest mechanic in this day and age. More so, a mechanic with fair prices. These guys have the ethics of the old days; straight, and honest. We are travelers, and live out of our van. Our power steering pump went out in the mountains. It looked pretty dim for our chances of moving on any time soon. After a tow to a different local mechanic, who asked an arm and leg, plus a severed head for the fix, we went to South Fork. Not only was the price the best Ive ever heard for the work, but to get us back on the road, they went out, grabbed the part, and kept working (even after their close time) to ensure we were not stranded in this town. Now if thats not service, I dont know what is. Feeling your mechanics been raising his prices? Dont like the work they do? Come and give these guys a try. Youll have a mechanic for as long as they stand.

Woody was honest and friendly! He got me in quickly and displayed excellent customer service while I waited fornthe service. Very well organized, highly efficient, and just excellent!! This service actually wound up being cheaper than what I paid in Ridgecrest or Bakersfield and I had a way better experience!
