A+ , 5 stars, 3 stars, 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10 - Et cetera, so on and so forth. I was more than impressed with Firestones commitment to what they call their "Customer Satisfaction Guarantee." Heres My Firestone story: I ended up needing some pretty extensive repairs performed on my vehicle during a recent visit to Las Vegas, NV. I guess it was just good luck that I ended up taking the car to Firestone to do the work instead of trying to save a few bucks by taking the car to some low-end shop (a sin Ive been guilty of before); I figured that since I didnt live in the area, it was a smarter move for me to take the car to a shop that I could find locally in Los Angeles once I returned. My repairs were completed no problem and life goes on. Then about 2 weeks down the road I developed a problem with my front brakes and I took the car in to this Firestone location which is near my home. After reviewing my cars repair history the manager informed me that because there was a chance that the problem with my brakes could have been related to the recent repairs I had done in Las Vegas, Firestone fixed them completely free of charge - parts, labor, everything. I paid $0.00. There just arent many companies out there these days that still have guarantees in place supporting customers so unconditionally - even fewer businesses are actually willing to back up such promises; particularly in the auto repair industry. Bravo, Firestone... so long as I have a car, you have my business for life.

This place is TERRIBLE! I dropped my car off at 8:15 Saturday morning to get an oil change and tire rotation. I told Them I was heading out of town and asked how long it would take. I was told that they would call me, but that the car would be ready at 10:15. At 11 I hadnt heard back and called to follow up. I was told they hadnt started my car but they would take it right now and it would be ready at 11:30. At 11:45 I show up to pick up my car-only to find out that they STILL had not started!! They offered to take it "next" but I had been down that road already with them and been burned so I just took my keys and left. Not a single apology was offered by Kenny or any of the staff-it was almost as if this was common practice. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost!!

I installed new tires at Costco and was told that I needed alignment. Firestone had a great deal on life time alignment. It was easy to get an appointment. Amir was very friendly and checked me in quickly. It took about 2 hours to complete the job. As I was driving home I realized that the steering wheel was off center do I took it back. It took about 1.5 hours to fix. I dont think they use plastic seat covers or paper floor mats as my leather seats had grease on them. Update:I received a call with an apology and an offer to clean the seat.

Got a flat tire yesterday, drove in to Firestore. One of the manager Daneti took very good care of me. It is much easier than I thought. I was prepared to spend a few hours sitting there, but I just dropped the damaged tire off for them to repair and run around town with the donut for a little while. A few hours later, they called and I went back and got everything put back together. They only charged me $17 for the tire repair since the damage was repairable.

Took the car in to have a nail pulled out of a tire. The car is one month old - all wheels were perfect, except for the one they worked on, which has two small nicks on it now. I suspect they were being careless, but who can say. My advice: have a look at the wheel(s) being worked on with the service guy before doing the work. That might seem a bit much, but you wont regret it later. Otherwise, easy drop off, work done on time.

This is the place to go. The staff is great. The works guaranteed, and its done in a timely fashion. I recommend calling ahead and making an appointment. They do get very busy because they do great work. Theyll let you know if its a good time to just come on in. After 10 years and 200,000 miles, I was considering getting a new car, but theyve got my trusty road buddy running like a champ!

I had a critical failure in my coolant system while driving home one day and they helped me out. Several months later a different shop mentioned a concern with a part that had been replaced. I returned to Firestone, they checked it out and figured it was probably okay, but went ahead and installed a new part at no cost to me. Its refreshing to receive good service.

The Employees here are polite respectful and want you to be satisfied with their job they did. My Family have been going here for about 15 years and the service keeps getting better and better. I can not ask for much more. alignment brakes servicing i would go here!

Always seems to be a honest repair shop. Explains problems and gives options. Prices are in line with what you would expect. Does tend to be very busy and parking is extremely limoted. You can park on PCH, however read the signs as it does become a tow zone.
