I usually bring my cars to Express Auto Shop on Pico/Robertson, but I brought my car to be serviced here because it was conveniently located next to my home and I was strapped for time. While I did save time, my pocket book took a huge hit! My car had problems with shaking while accelerating. I was assured that the shaking would be fixed by replacing the hydraulic fluid. The cost for doing this with labor included was approximately $500. As you might guess, Im still having problems with the car. Brought the car back to be checked, and they still had no answer. "Check engine light is good, so there is no problem." These guys are NOT mechanics. Dont ever bring your car here for anything other than your brakes (Id probably be hesitant on this as well). Bring your cars to Sam at Express Auto Shop on Pico/Robertson instead. He is honest and you will be satisfied with the job that he does. I will never bring any of my cars here in the future, and would encourage you to do the same if you want quality work for your hard earned money.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! dreadful customer care. The head guy tried his best to be nice but he still came across patronising & frustrated at the fact I had questions regarding my car & the service. I was also lied to... free tyre rotation. Was what pushed me to spend my money on a service. I was then told my tyres cant be rotated as they are not good. AFTER they took my money when I insisted if I could quickly change my tyres as I have spare I was told I will then be charged 25$ plus tax for this so called FREE tyre rotation, I need a refund and will Persue this to the death on social media untill I am left feeling like I didnt get ripped off !!!!

I went in to get my exhaust switched out. I bought the exhaust online. They said its a 2.5 hour job because of the way it would fit. They said 275 I got them down to 215. Im in the waiting room 20 minutes and its done. Of course Im like hmmm that wasnt 2 hours. The old guy said he was saying they charge minimum 2.5 hours. Of course the whole place comes in while Im complaining that I was just lied to. He tried to give me back 15 dollars. If you want to be taken advantage of go here, you wont be disappointed one bit. Lost a customer for sure. I have alot of things I want to do to my car. They could have had a loyal customer.

I like shops that operate under a chain especially when you need more than just regular maintenance for your car, like changing parts, or fixing a mayor problem with your car, if you just need to change your oil, yet you will need to set a side little more time than you normally need compared to a fast oil change place where they typically hire inexperienced mechanics for the easy job. Always pick a place where at list you know they have experienced mechanics, better to wait couple hours at slow paced shop, than been stuck at the freeway with your car brokedown for 1/2 day. THEY ALMOST ROBBED MY WIFE!!!! They said she needed a new water pump and that the repair cost would be $800. It turns out her water pump was perfectly fine. They also looked at my car and tried to charge $500 to change my brake pads. I of course did not agree to that repair. But the problem was they overtightened the lug nut on my Lexus causing me to strip the Wheel lock and the general pain in the butt of taking my car to another shop just to get them to loosen the lug nuts and now I have to buy another wheel lock from the dealer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Horrible service. Uneducated technicians. Brought my car in. I Immediately told them I only had enough funds to cover an immediate problem I was experiencing (as to avoid being charged extra for services I didnt "need"). Came back to check on my car a couple hours later and the technician said he "couldnt find a problem". When my radiator coolant reservoir is bone dry every morning after refilling it every day... there is definitely a problem. Its like because I told them upfront I didnt have the money to be scammed, he didnt want to waste his time with me.

The worst customer service!!! Joel, the head guy, is a total jerk... hes rude, unprofessional, and the whole experience is extremely unpleasant. This guy should never be at the front desk... when they gave out people skills he must have been home sick! The air conditioner was a wall unit that is just below the high ceiling that did not work and it was terribly hot and uncomfortable. The workers kept coming in to take water from the dispenser... I came home only to find that they charged me twice! I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!!

Dont go here! Similarly to the other posts, I had a horrible experience with a recent oil change. Of course, with my oil change, they recommended $1000 worth of repairs, none of which could be verified by a second mechanic. This is just a company tryin to scam individuals in Beverly Hills.

Horrible! These people "fixed" my brakes not even one year ago and they just failed again due to cheap parts..these people should be ashamed..I get companies want 2 make money but scamming people for something thats necessary (aka brakes) is flat out wrong..eff u Midas

The managment for this store needs to be fire immedaitely. I tried to get an oil change and the guy told me it would take 2 hours and there was no cars in the oil change and he was sitting playing the computer. I dont think this place couldnt fix a bike.

THE WORST. I can not begin to tell u what a paranoid, money hungery, desperate Midas franchise this is. Owner is a complete crook. Charged for things that didnt need replacing. Its not even worth writing this review. DONT USE THEM.

Very honest took my car toa shop I have to spend 600$ air repair, took it to Mydas and the manager said let me recharge and it has been a year and the air is coooooolllllld Thank you Mydas you save me $$$$$$$ It is my preffered store

So overpriced. I was charged $100 just for them to tell me what was wrong with my car. Most other mechanics would offer this for a much lower price or for free. Do NOT go here for anything more than an oil change!

I live a few blocks away. This morning, I just drove in and they changed my oil in a little over an hour. Friendly guys. Ill be going back there for future work on my car.

They did a good job, but I think that $1100 for new shocks seemed high. I decided to get the parts myself and find another garage to do the labor.

I went there for a regular oil change and they were looking at me saying like why did you come here. Dont go there ever.
