I was having transmission problems with my Mercedes. Something that is timely and costly. I called them the morning of and was able to bring my car in that day AND have it back that day. Not saying thats the case for everyone...but they will make it happen, if able. I sat in the lobby and waited for the estimate so I was able to witness other customers. EVERYONE seemed happy and no one questioned their estimates(people always have the fear of mechanics ripping us off). The guys have a great sense of humor and although theyre very busy, you will not feel rushed. They take warranties too. :)

These guys know BMWs inside out. They are absolutely fair and honest, which is truly a relief when you are dealing with car issues. Ive gone to them (Jim and Dmitry) for over a decade and they have always found and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. If you have a BMW (or Mercedes) this is the service shop for you.
