This is my 4th time visiting this location. The previous 3 visits were unremarkable, but this last visit, was simply intolerable. I waited there for over an hour, for a simple tire replacement, all the while 3 people who came AFTER me, was already serviced and left. My fuse blew when a person, who came an hour later than I was already getting his car worked, while mine still parked in the parking lot. Asked why my car was not being serviced, the staff said it was in order by the service man. What complete BS. I will NEVER take my Audi and my Mercedes here again! BTW, prior simple tire replacements USUALLY took 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. I would avoid this place at all cost.

I had a tire replacement and alignment job done at the Firestone Northridge, California very recently. Their customer care is sincere and courteous; the service is excellent and very fast (both the replacemet and alignment took 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Equally important, their tires are great with very competitive prices. After I left my van there, I walked across the street to a shopping mall. In no time, they called me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I first came there by a referral, but now I myself became a patron. I recommend this tire shop to anyone who needs a tire service.

Overall its okay. Most of these kinds of places youll have to arm yourself with knowledge because theyll be peddling extra services here and there. Apparently theres a difference between corporate run stores and franchises, just like fast food. Their systems took a while to sync which was annoying. Come super early to garantee service, since if youre like me, you only need them when something is amiss, and I cant afford to have a "nice appointment time" only to have my stuff started way later than it should.

This was my close to home shop for many years. I moved to the other end of the valley, and tried the Firestone closer to my new home. Was very disappointed there, and especially with their difficulty finding records in the system. Now I drive back to this location instead. It takes more time, and I do not leave my car unless major work is needing to be done, but it is worth it to have the personalized and best service around.

They happened to have two tech/mechanics call out and were extremely busy, today! Despite that, the gentleman, with whom I dealt with, Larry, was amazing, on point, and working it hard! Great experience with him, I recommend this location strictly because of Larry, and the good work.
