While getting the car repaired, they told my boyfriend that the coolant needed work in addition to the work he went there for. He agreed to that thinking it would just need to be topped off, but didnt know what they REALLY meant was a full coolant system service and flush. Whats worse is that they charged us for that service, but never actually did it. Basically, they lied, which is an incredibly disgusting business practice. But wait! Theres more. In addition, they forgot to clip the air box back in, which caused the car to misfire and die when idling. That would normally be troubling to anyone, but this was particularly troubling for us because we were from out of town and had a seven hour drive ahead of us. If you appreciate not being lied to, if you dont want to be charged for services that werent actually completed, and if you want things done correctly, avoid this place like the plague.

These people are very unprofessional. I had my car there for two weeks in and out for them to fix the things they did wrong the first time. Took it there to inspect the tire that might have had a nail, dropped it off in the morning then called them at 5 pm only to find out they havent even looked at it. Then they finally told me I need new tires fine, I bought new tires from them. Then they told me I have another nail ok they patched it up, I picked it up drove a mile tire lamp went up, I had to take it back, they forgot to reset it(took all day for that). Then said I need break pads, I said fine, replace those, I picked up the car, the car started to make weird noice when I was breaking, they told new bring it in, I did at 8am, around 2pm they finally looked at it and now iam waiting for their call.... Again....auful service.

These guys are great. Very friendly and helpful. Went here when my dustpan was dragging under my car, They explained that the holes where it is bolted up had rusted and broken in places and recommended that I go to a volvo dealer for them to order the inexpensive part.. they were nice enough to zip tie it up for me until I had time to get it to the dealer free of charge. They truly took care of me and did a great job for a good price when I got my oil change there. I highly recommend these guys they do a great job.

No, no, no, no. Yes, they fixed my AC and Im grateful for that but no, I dont want to replace my battery on top of it, tires, etc and I ESPECIALLY dont want you to mess with my battery/electric system because of it. I went in with AC that didnt work and left with it working but a battery/electric system that doesnt want to work properly. This mixed with other issues from other locations means I will not be giving my business to Firestone ever again.

Im very hard on companies and usually review places that have left negative tastes in my mouth. But this firestone has shown unparalleled character. Long story short, had a problem, brought it back and they had a cheap way and an expensive way to resolve. Without an additional penny from me, they sided on the safe and honorable side at the businesses expense. I will trust this company from on out. Ask for Amber.. . Trust her with your children.

This place is a joke. They are supposed to be the official company that services Enterprise rental cars. I tried to bring my Enterprise rental car in for a check up and was told "Well Enterprise is slow paying us back so you can pay us and get reimbursed from them." Needless to say I didnt stay and I will never give this crooked place my business. Ill also be reporting them to Enterprise as well. Thanks for NOTHING!

Made an appointment for 1pm to get 4 tires installed. When I arrived I was told it would take 1-1/2 to 2 hours, about twice as long as I would expect. 2-1/2 hours later they still hadnt started work on my car. I was told it would be another 45 minutes. 45 minutes later and still nothing. Gave up on them and will be going somewhere else. Wasted my whole Saturday afternoon.

Im done with this place. I was a loyal customer for years. My last three visits were dismal. The tires I need are never in stock. Customer service ranged from indifferent to hostile.i finally went to the West LA store. All the information transferred on the computer, no fuss. I was in and out in an hour and they were pleasant and realistic with their time estimates.

Terrible customer service. Asked if they had a specific make tire in stock and the guy says, "sure, let me go look" waited over 15 minutes and the guy never comes back to the phone. I knew this was going to happen because he never bothered to ask the tire size. Buyer beware.... They just do not give a care about the customer.

Do NOT go here! They are extremely over priced. Shop around and I guarantee that you will find a better pice. They lied and told me that the diagnostic would be covered by my warranty and it wasnt. They would not release my car until I paid them. I went to the dealer and it was covered under factory warranty.

Two nails, two tires, on a Sunday then a Monday. These guys (and gals) were nice and professional. Fast too. Thanks guys! Its my go to spot apparently (also just an fyi didnt feel "screwed" as my dad confirmed their suggestions re: not being able to patch one)

The person who answered the phone was rude and did not know anything about OBDII monitors that report not ready. I called the location near Santa Monica and Overland and the person who answered the phone was very friendly and knowledgable.

I have never had car work done here, so I cant attest to their quality of work in that aspect.... but I recently needed a bike valve cover... so I dropped in there, the guy was super nice and helped me out! Thank you!

This Firestone has great customer service. The manager Antonio was very helpful. I got an oil change and a set of new tires. I was very pleased with the work and the service. Will be bring my car back for services.

I return for my lifetime roto-balance, but other services follow corporate protocol of overpricing. I get it, cover your assets. Not a bad deal if you dont want to "deal with it".
