EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I took my Honda Accord in to have the rear brakes and rotors replaced. They put on a bad part the first time around (rotor was warped out of the box), so I brought it back and they worked on it again with no charge. Then the noise still persisted and they told me if I wasnt satisfied in a week or so that I could bring the car back and have the entire rear brakes and rotors replaced again at no charge. I ended up bringing back to redeem his deal, and in doing that, the problem and noise were eliminated. Although I wasnt happy about having to bring it back twice, I must say, they were very gracious about the whole thing, attentive to my concerns, apologetic about the dissatisfaction, and went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with my car and the job they had done before I left. Way above and beyond. I was very pleased. There might be a line, but you cant top their customer service.

Pleased with service. Ive been there once with two vehicles. One needed a tire plug which they did without any problem (unlike other post). Just like any auto service place, they try and find routine service items or other problems with your vehicle to get more work so you just need to be discerning on what really needs to be done versus nice-to-have maintenance. One of my vehicles was running rough (I thought the injectors were dirty and was running some cleaner through the gas so I didnt ask them to troubleshoot it) but they found the actual problem (air vacuum hose) and now the engine runs like a champ! Id go back.

Tim was awesome! Start to finish. I called he told me since it was MLK day that he would be busy but, if he could fit in my car (Alignment) he would let me know. I called back and was green lighted to come in. Everything was flawless. I arrived, was told the price and that my car would take about 2 hours. Less than an hour later Im getting a call saying she was all finished. Inspected the car, no scratches no damage. Very VERY happy with service! Awesome Price! Vehicle Alignment cost for a Mercedes Benz $84.99 ($169.99 @ Mercedes Benz of South Bay) Thanks team!

My car has three electric windows that are not working, they charged me $125 and kept my car all day and tried to charge me over $1,200 to fix them. I found the parts and for $25 per window regulator and found instructions online that estimate a half hour per regulator replacement. So I told them not to do the work. When I came to pick up my car, the drivers side window was down and i asked them to put it back up since it wasnt fixed and they told me to leave my car overnight or bring it back tomorrow, this was after they had it all day. Serious jerks here...

Avoid these SCAMMERS! Took my car in to get a slow leaking tire fixed along with an oil change. 5 hours later they call me and say the tire cant be fixed and that I need to buy two new front tires, and that they havent even done the oil change yet. I went to a place a few miles up the road and they fixed the tire for $20 and did the oil change in half an hour, plus they were even more crowded than the firestone was that day. These guys dont care about you or your car, they want to hustle and scam you for every penny they can get.

I went for a wheel alignment, coz I had a problem with the steering centering. The problem, happened because of the shoddy work that was performed by another firestone shop near Torrance. I found the service was good and did perform the work to my satisfaction. I found the head of the store seems to have a good understanding of the way the things have to be done and was very helpful.

The service provided by Bo at this location was absolutely phenomenal-- what a friendly, hardworking, honest and skilled mechanic. Got me back on the road in no time. Unusual to find such a good experience in the world of auto repair; I would highly recommend this Firestone and Bo in particular. Thank you!

I went there for an oil change and they lost my battery cover, insisted they didnt touch it then found one piece of it but not both. Also both my front rims now have scratches on them. The rims were spotless prior to being dropped off for service, cant suggest you use them.

i brought a tire in for repair and they put a patch in it. it still leaked and they said that there was a second leak that "could not be repaired" theres a good chance these people are scammers
