What is up with the secretaries that wont answer the phone!!! Tried for 2 days to pay my tow service and called and kept getting a recording. I even had a person from another office in Utah tried to help me and she couldnt get anyone to answer the phone at the Lakeport office either!! So what is up with that???This is so frustrating and absolutly no reason for it. There office isnt that busy if they didnt answer the phone at least they could respond to the messagess. Angy now I have to drive 30 miles to pay my tow service. Very poor service!!!! your office dosent get a star at all. oh I see I have to give you a star in order to post. OMG
