Oceanside Vacation Rental properties are amazing! Something to please everyones taste and budget. Ive stayed at three different locations several times over with this company and have never been disappointed. The two ladies that work in the office are so ridiculously friendly and helpful and they always go out of their way if something comes up. We have found the perfect vacation spot!! I have recommended this rental agency to several friends and they have all been just as pleased.

Oceanside Vacation Rentals had great, friendly, wonderful and warm service with a huge smile - Katie is the best!! Helped us with questions before booking, during booking, and at check-in. Place we rented was better than we expected and extended family had a blast that weather couldnt dampen, which we had pleasant mix of weather. Will definitely book through here again at our next opportunity!

we rented a very shabby oceanfront home for the 4th of July. (1209 N. Prom) we ended up leaving 2 days early because it was so dirty and run down. we were told wed get a $400 refund for one of the nights but then were told that would be only if we didnt write bad reviews on them or the house. so this review is worth my sacrificing $400 so you dont make a bigger mistake by renting from them.

The process from start to finish is very easy from reserving the home and securing the deposit till the end when we left after staying a week. The property was great and well maintained too with a beautiful view. We have already begun our planning for our next stay.

Our stay in The Sunset House/510 was glorious. The weather was stunning! The house was perfectly cozy, clean, and well-appointed. The beds were so comfy. Have never slept that well away from home. Katy and Sharon were helpful and nice and Tim was a sweetie too. Did not want to leave but hope to return soon.
