I called to help get my car unlocked because I had lost my keys in Fred Meyer. I had used AAA services to get my car towed home, but was told to leave it locked because unlocking it would set off my alarm. When I called and spoke with Tim, he was not helpful at all and informed me that there was nothing that could be done because the registration of the car was locked inside of the car. Then he offered suggestions that showed how little he listened to my problem, such as using a spare key or trying to find my set of keys. Tim was the opposite of helpful in this situation, and made my experience frustrating and a waste of time.

Disappointing service. Requested maps be mailed to Albany for a lengthy driving trip to the Southwest. Needless to say, they didnt arrive. Office says its the Post Offices fault. Maybe... Breakdown insurance through my auto insurance company looks like a better bet.
