We had booked our vacation through Apple Vacation and were asked to choose a travel agency to assist us. We decided on Fox World Travel in Greenfield. Initially, I spoke with Brenda, who was pleasant on the phone but only took our payment and we only heard from her from automated emails. Since this was our first time flying out of states on an international flight, we had a lot of questions. I called several times to speak with Brenda but was told that the person answering could assist me. The two women that I spoke with were not friendly and offered no help. My only thought is that I was being treated this way because I started the initial booking of our vacation online with Apple. We travel often and had hoped to find an agency to assist us going forward, but are no longer comfortable with that idea.

Horrible!! Have tried to use this location several times to book a vacation in the past. Each time I have walked out disappointed. First, when you walk in the door they just stare at you like they really dont want you there at all. Second, the staff is not helpful at all, even trying to set up an appointment was difficult. They acted like nobody has ever made one before. There is no flow or process at all. Go anywhere but here. When I asked the unhelpful person for some information I could take with me, she tells me that she is not a travel consultant. How am I supposed to know that, you are sitting behind a desk like all the others?? I was prepared to spend money, well not here, clearly they have enough business and do not need mine. Same bad experience twice.

My mom worked with the Greenfield office while planning a vacation to Punta Cana with my step dad and they had nothing but good things to say. Diane C. was so helpful and was very prompt on getting back to their emails and questions. Im so happy I recommended her to them.

Called to plan a trip- the woman said our destination was dangerous and suggested another destination- tried to schedule to meet and she said she would call to confirm that someone would be there and I never received a call back. Taking my business elsewhere.:(

Making reservations over the weekend was no problem at all. We were smoothly transferred to available personnel at 3 different offices without any issues. Everyone was very courteous, helpful, and able to handle all of our questions.
