These people are totally disorganized and were of no help. We had to go to their office several times to sign the same papers. Every time we called, our agent was out and we had to wait until she returned because they didnt have our file. Really? We then had a problem with our flight being delayed, which caused us to miss 3 days of our cruise. Again, they told us to make our own flight and hotel arraignments as necessary. If you think you are going thru a travel agent to help in case of a problem, you will be in for a big surprise with these people. They are happy to take your money but thats where it ends. If I could rate lower than a one I would. Never again will they get my business.

Went in to set up a long trip cruise & land package to Alaska. Went over everything that we had on our wishlist for excursions and other stuff. Lady said she would get a price out to us and let us know asap. We gave her two numbers and two emails... Never heard back... lol what a joke. Ended up booking everything ourselves, which ended up being pretty easy. Thanks for nothing!
