This is my first time renting a storage unit. When I had to call the facilities I googled their number and saw the bad reviews. I dont normally review anything but thought "what are these people talking about". I have not experienced anything that the other reviews listed. I have had my storage unit at this facility for over a year now and have had absolutely no problems. My unit has no leaks Or signs of mice, they also accept MasterCard or Visa over the phone; not just cash. The location is secured and you are given a passcode and unit number so you can access your belongings when you want. Snow is also removed in a timely manner. Of course most people only give a review when something bad happens to them so a few bad reviews over the past 8 years and several hundred units, I think this place is doing just fine. Ill stick with them as long as I need to.

Save your money and your possessions. Do not use this facility. I rented a unit here and found that the roof had leaked all over my things. Come to find out they had obviously known of this problem before because it had been "fixed" by the maintenance person putting duct tape on the ceiling. I told the manager of the problem. He refused to do anything about my ruined things even though it was a direct fault of their facility being poorly maintained. I asked for a refund of at least the rent from the previous month they continued to refuse. Between the poor condition of the facility and even poorer condition of the customer service I would certainly recommend taking your business and possessions elsewhere. I am not one who usually writes online reviews, but this is something I feel very strongly about. Facilities like this should not be in business.

NEVER GO HERE! NEVER GO HERE! NEVER GO HERE! GETTING YELLED AT BY STAFF, GETTING HUNG UP ON, LOCKED OUT OF THE STORAGE YARD, HAVING ALL OF YOUR THINGS RUINED BY MICE, YES, MICE & NOT GETTING A DEPOSIT REFUND BACK IN THE MAIL EVER AFTER LEAVING A CLEAN SWEPT UNIT... ISNT EXACTLY WHAT I CALL THE IDEAL PROFESSIONAL/CLEAN/SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL OF YOUR BELONGINGS TO BE IN. THIS PLACE IS THE PIT OF STORAGE & NOT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. I HAVE NOTHING NICE TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE OR THE PERSON WHO WORKS THERE!

Do not use this company. We stored things through them and their fees went up and down constantly, the people who work there are extremely rude. Their payment options which they state online is a lie, they only take cash and the whole payment, no partial payments. They dont admit mistakes or when they do is not willing to justify them. These are not professional business people. I had to rate this otherwise their rating wouldnt even be as good as poor.

Been using them for months now and hadnt seen the bad reviews. Ive no problems at all so far. Im a little wary now but figured it was only fair to share my opinion. And I saw the other good review made a good point: hundreds of units and only a few negative reviews. People do tend to let their opinion be more known when theyre upset than when they are happy.

Customer Service is definitely not a strength of this place. Ive been waiting nearly 3 weeks for the return for my $50 deposit after a clean checkout. Inexcusable. Front office guy says the owner is "a very busy woman". Guess what? So am I. Cannot recommend this outfit.
