I am convinced - I could not have done my recent move without Westy --from the Moving Concierge service to finish... This is a storage facility / customer experience unlike any other. You can count on consistent, excellent service and clean, well lit, excellently maintained facilities. Westy makes everything about personal storage easy! When I went in to open my storage unit, my paperwork was ready in advance so it was quick and painless. The staff are so friendly and always greet you with a smile. They always notice if you need assistance and bring out transport carts, bottled water and theyll even stay after hours if youre still moving your stuff into your storage unit. Ive used their moving truck in the past -- easy and FREE. ALSO: Use their FREE Moving Concierge service! -- whether you are storing with them or not -- they will find you a reputable mover (they found mine w/in 24 hours notice!). What more could you ask for?... Westy is a First Class / Customer-First company, that is friendly enough to make something as simple as a storage unit, a great experience. westy is a great place to do business, the staff is extremely professional and very courteous. if you plan to do storage this is the place to do it. i have been to a few of the bargain ones, you get what you pay for. barely any heat or a/c, the ceilings are open cages where the dirt from the whole building gets on your stuff. here the ceilings are acoustic tile like an office not only that but it is a secure place, i love the fact that it is fully staffed when opened and they know whats going on., those 24 hr places give me the creeps, anyone can pull a truck up , break the lock and steal your belongings or even worse sneak up on you at night. i never worry about it now. Oh and did i mention it is spotlessly clean from the bathrooms to the unit. It looks like a major office building not a storage facility! My personal thanks to Arlene, Garrick , Nanette and Tim for making storage easy!

Excellent service. I called Westy Elmsford and spoke to Nanette when I needed storage space. Nanette is outstanding. I had never rented storage space before. Nanette made the experience easy. In a matter of minutes, she helped determine my storage needs, offered guidance on how belongings should be packed and recommended the best solution at a great price. She is extremely knowledgeable about Westy Self Storage and all its services. Her manner is courteous and helpful. She referred me to Westy White Plains, which is closer to my home, and made all the appropriate arrangements for my son to bring his extra belongings to Westy White Plains. He was treated courteously during the process of arriving and storing his belongings at Westy White Plains. I would recommend Nanette and Westy Self Storage to anyone who needs extra space.

I must say that this was my first experience with a Westys facility and both Arlene and Paul were wonderful to deal with. As the new director of a nonprofit in the area, I needed to find not only affordable storage, but also a facility that was easily accessible. The Elmsford location met the bill on those counts, and Arlene and Paul couldnt have been more helpful or cooperative. Paul even drove to our location and patiently waited while we loaded up the van, then led us back to Westys to unpack. He even gave us bottled water after our exhaustive efforts. The facilities are clean and the employees are professionals who treat customers right! I have been using Westy storage for longer than I care to admit, and I have always been pleased at the convenience and high level of service that Westys offers. While I would hardly claim that moving things in or out of a storage unit ranks high on my personal list of favorite things to do, Westys makes it as hassle-free as possible. It is easy to park, get a moving dolly from the front office, and move your stuff to the unit. The building is well-lit, the hallways are wide and the units are spacious and clean. Westys sets the standard for storage!

We have used the Westys storage facility in Elmsford for the past 1 1/2 years, and after all that time we have nothing but praise and excellent things to say about the facility. It is clean, spacious, does not smell (unlike a few other storage facilities), and the price is right based on the amout of space you need. The staff is very friendly, professional, courteous, and understands exactly how to help you make efficient use of the space you choose ... if you wish. Highly, highly recommended whether you are looking short-term because of moving or long-term for storage.

We have used storage facilities in Westchester and in Santa Fe. Westy is by far the BEST. It is cleaner than an operating room. Easy in, easy out. Safe and secure. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I could almost move in!
