Absolutely a great place. I love the climate control as I was moving in and out of apartments on what felt like the hottest days of summer! Staff was great and everything was super clean. My only issue was a homeless lady living out of her locker. She would put all her stuff out in the hallway so you couldnt get by and was very rude and unpleasant when you asked to get by. For paying such a premium I wish I didnt have to deal with that.

Nice people, called when my unit wasnt locked right. Mostly good experience but there no grace period for late fees applied and they only pro- rate when you sign up. If you sign up mid month they charge till the end (pro-rated) but if you leave mid month you have to pay for the whole thing they wont pro rate so you only pay for part of the month. Not happy about that.

I had a very good experience working with your office worker, Shanna-Kay Wright. She was extremely nice and very helpful. I found the units to be clean and well taken care of and any worries that I had about my belongings being safe were gone.

Bobs Storage provided a safe, well lit, clean, dry, unit for our furniture for several months. The staff was friendly and helpful, access to the building was easy, carts were available for use and altogether made the move more pleasant.
