When shopping for storage units in Marshfield, Extra Space Storage should be your first and last stop. Mark O’Sullivan is the reason why that facility is so successful. Mark’s customer service skills are extraordinary, and he sets the standard in how a building and grounds should be maintained. Mark does his job with professionalism. We recently came back to ESS and when my husband and I walked through the door, not only did Mark remember us, he treated us warmly and like long-lost family. Our previous rental records were still in the computer system which made renting a new unit even faster. Each step along the way Mark clearly explained what policies had changed since we had previously rented and highlighted what was new. The facility is always immaculately clean and beautifully painted. Everything is always in perfect working order. You can feel confident renting from Extra Space Storage knowing that the facility is safe and secure.

We love Extra Space Storage!!! Clean, local and very convenient for us because we live in Marshfield MA 02050. Extra Space storage is only 5 minutes from our home. I feel very comfortable knowing our belongings are safe and in a climate controlled environment. I never worry our belongings getting ruined by the weather/temperature outside. Also, the Manager, Mark OSullivan is so so wonderful; always a smile on his face to greet us with when we need assistance with our unit or questions we might have. Everytime we make a visit to our unit, we always make it a point to stop in to say hello to Mark. He is so friendly and knows our names as we come through the doors to the office. The office area is such a welcoming place to be...always so clean and organized. The green plants and flowers that Mark puts around the office are such a great touch! I decided to rent a space at Extra Space Storage in Marshfield while I am in between moves. A family member had used this facility the previous year and highly recommended it. So far I have received excellent customer service from the owner, Mark. He has been helpful in answering all my questions and offering me the current promotions for the best rate. The facility is extremely secure and I feel comfortable storing my valuables. You need a code to enter and exit the unit and there are television monitors in the office displaying the video footage. The office always appears to be clean and well maintained. Mark was great in helping me to determine which sized unit I would need for the items I need to store. I have found the overall quality of service to go well beyond my expectations. I definitely recommend this facility for anyone who is choosing between storage facilities.

Mark Sullivan is a top notch manager at the Marshfield, MA Extra Space Storage.. He runs a spotless, well-maintained storage facility and it is a pleasure to arrive on the scene and be greeted by him. Mark is upbeat, highly personable, receptive and knowledgeable. He immediately makes you feel at home when you speak with him and he is a perfect example of a true, professional manager: he knows his facility, he is helpful, he is well-groomed, he listens to the customer and makes helpful suggestions. He has a wonderful sense of humor and every time I see him I leave feeling really good and happy that I have my "stuff" in his facility. I do not think that you could ever find a better manager! Kudos to you for hiring such a competent and highly personable manager.

Having scouted around for a suitable place to store our household goods and having various people promise to return calls I began to panic that I wouldnt find anything close to my high expectations. Alas, one call to ExtraSpace Storage Marshfield and I was completely at ease. The manager Mark is by far one of the most professional people I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Our goods arrived safely via container all the way from South Africa and Mark went out of his way to ensure we had a couple storage units for all our precious possessions. I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Mark and his team to anyone requiring that litlle extra space. Its alway clean and tidy, great place...Good job..

This is my second time renting from Extra Space in Marshfield and its always been a pleasure working with Mark. He goes the extra mile to make sure youre well taken care of and really goes out of his way to get to know his customers. When I came back this time he asked me about how my entire family was doing as it had been a couple years. Where else do you get service like that in this day and age? While few of us enjoy spending money every month to store our extra things, Mark makes it a pleasant experience and when I knew I was moving back to the area I didnt even bother calling around to other places I just called Mark and he took great care of me.

I can say enough about the experience we had with Mark and Gail in Marshfield!!! They were so helpful in finding just the right unit to suit our needs and I have to say they treated us like we were family. After a more than a few weeks went by Mark still remembered our names AND our unit number right off the bat. Very impressive!! I needed to search through our unit for a specific box and Gail and Mark couldnt have been more helpful and genuinely cared that I locate it. There are a number of positive comments here regarding the Management team at this facility. They are not solicited. They dont have time. Mark and Gail have been a pleasure to work with. Since moving to the area I have leased two spaces. In both circumstances Mark and Gail have exceeded service delivery levels by being accessible to me and accommodating my household goods carriers. I have been a renter for over four years. I am impressed with the constant excellent service from any manager or attendant onsite. The entire facility is clean and neat. There is plenty of room for parking , loading and unloading. The staff are always available for assistance. You have made my storage problems disappear. Thank You.

Wonderful experience working with Chris as well as his Manager! I was feeling overwhelmed and the Manager even printed out a map for me to find my storage space. Chris walked me to space and even checked on me later in the afternoon, helping me with my kayak! Very secure, clean location! I highly recommend these Guys!
