Watch out for all the hidden little costs associated with these folks. You are required to pay an insurance fee if you cant produce evidence of homeowners insurance. Also, 5 months into our rental...surprise, our monthly fee went up about 30%. allegedly, we had an introductory, online rate that increased automatically after 5 months. This was not disclosed when we signed up. The manager claimed that they sent us a post card to inform us but neither my wife nor I remember seeing any such notification. We moved our stuff out of this place....

My husband and I recently rented a 5 x 10 Unit to give us "Extra Space" in our basement playroom after years of storing our grown childrens "treasures". Steve and Jim were so helpful in arranging just what we needed. From the time we called to inquire about a space we had a clean unit in 2 days. They were professional in their knowledge of pricing , meeting our storage needs, and in welcoming us. "Thanks" Steve & Jim for helping us to clean out our basement! We would highly recommend "Extra Space Kingston" to friends!

I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage in Kingston! The facility is clean, quiet and safe. Steve made it possible for me to have a storage container temporarily delivered to the Kingston facility so I could unload it into a unit. Not only was Steve accommodating, he was friendly, professional and very easy to work with. If you have storage needs I highly recommend using Extra Space Storage in Kingston and working with Steve.

I have used Extra Space Storage a few times and I must say the Kingston location has been the best experience I have had thus far. Steve the manager at this location has been a pleasure to work with and was always pleasant. He was able to answers all my questions and was very accommodating when I had to switch unit size. Excellent service all-around. Spoke to Steve on the phone to reserve a space and went in to do the paperwork a week later. Chris helped me out and within 15 minutes I had access to the space. (Space is pristine, by the way.) Both Steve and Chris are totally professional, clear, and super easy to deal with. Very satisfied.

He had some hurdles to help us with and he was able to handle them all with grace and professionalism making us feel as ease the whole time:) even stayed past closing time to make sure everything went thorough and right!
