I have a storage unit at Uncle Bobs in Salem, MA., Unit# 313 I just have to tell you that I had the most wonderful experience with one of your Managers, Jessica Guzman and Associate Sonia. First off I was shopping for a storage unit this past February 1st and visited three storage facilitys, Uncle Bobs was the third, I only wish I made it my first. Jessicas Customer Service was an 11 on a 1 to 10 scale, thats right, 11, because she was OVER THE TOP, she treated me like gold from the first time I entered the door. Jessicas whole professional demeanor sold me on where I want to store my belonging. I have been a manager for over 40 years and I know how hard it is to find that diamond in the rough and you have two of those diamonds, Jessica and Sonia. Just had to let you know that they went above and beyond the meaning of excellent Customer Service. I went to my Storage Unit today and there were Jessica and Sonia, both smiling and welcoming me back, and they even remembered my name, OUTSTANDING !! Thank you David Best

Came to Life Storage (formally Uncle Bobs Storage) after a horrendous experience at one of their competitors. The Store Manager, Jessica Guzman, was sympathetic of our prior experience and excited for the opportunity to gain our business. Jessica helped coordinate all of the paperwork online, spoke with me by phone several times, and provided me with a tour of available units. The experience was the best Ive ever had, and the price was shockingly low. Weve now been with Life Storage for some time and my expectations continue to be exceeded. The location is always clean, smells great, and even offers 3 bays to drive your car right into the loading area by the elevators. For the first time, I dont feel like I have to settle so far as my storage expectations.

Last May we rented a storage cube for our son. Nahal helped us every step of the way. She helped us pick the perfect storage unit for his needs. Today we moved his things out as he is going back to school. Nahal was once again the associate who helped us. She is friendly, pleasant, funny, knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. We will be back again in the spring. We look forward to working with Nahal once more! Life Storage management, you have a real gem here!

I came in just knowing I needed a storage unit, I was greeted professionally as I walked through the door, Jessica and her associates were very knowledgeable and friendly, they were all smiling and going about there day and were very quick to stop what they were doing to help me. I was shown a few different sized units and all the pricing was thoroughly explained. I would use and recommend Uncle Bobs to anyone that needs a storage unit.

Presentation is everything! Although I dont have the space yet...its reserved for me at no extra cost. Jessica and Chris were super helpful and friendly, professional and sharp. They showed they were genuine in obtaining my business and they sure will. Love the facility and the employees. Nice, clean and organized! I look forward to many years of business.

I had Such a great experience here. Its such a great feeling walking in and seeing such smiling faces that are ready to help. Nahal and Chris were so great that I wanted to let there manager know. Jessica(manager) came to speak to me and I immediately understood why Nahal and Chris had such big smiles. Awesome place. Highly recommended!!!

Staff is relatively nice BUT their payment system has failed multiple times and I have caught it and had to go in there multiple time to resolve it because they said they couldnt do it over the phone... The most recent time, I did not notice and now Im paying the late fee. I will be removing my belongings. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!

First, by far the least expensive in the entire Lynn area. If you live in downtown this is also within walking distance as it is the first available storage facility on the Lynnway.
