The price is right, and the location is scenic with plenty of parking and below-ground level all one level storage units, making loading/unloading a breeze. I have had some unpleasant things happen to my belongings though: in the beginning of my storage period (Fall 2013), someone was smoking inside the facility for a time, and many of my items absorbed the smell. Later, in the fall of 2014, the storage facility was expanding, and construction was happening nearby my corner unit. Now, my stuff if covered in layers of white dust. I am allergic to dust in such amounts, so I need to wear a mask when I go into my unit now, not to mention everything will need to be cleaned before I can use it.

They never bothered to notify unit holders when they did construction to expand, resulting in debris and dust completely covering our belongings. They cleaned it up when we asked, but i cant bring anything into my house without literally hosing it off. The access hours they post arent 100% accurate. If you pay late, dont bother showing up until the next business day to get a rent-a-cop to get the lock off. Obviously very convenient for anyone with a 9 to 5 job... ugh

After three attempts (2 email and 1 phone call, when I spoke to someone), we still have had no action in response to our request for a smaller unit. The phone call said Id have someone calling me back, which never happened - the two emails have gone without a response. If it werent for its ease of access to our unit, wed be out.
