Ive had a unit at this facility for over 2 years, but noticed considerable differences after it was taken over a few months ago. When Prime Storage took over things immediately changed. Customer service has diminished, you have to pay a fee to access your unit after their office hours, and Ive tried to stop by the office a couple times during normal business hours, only to find it closed. I highly suggest finding a different facility to do business with. Instead of feeling like a small business, it now feels like dealing with a huge company who does not value their customers.

When we first moved in a few years ago, we had the very best experience. The Customer service was terrific and the price was on target to the area. As of this last year, customer service is a joke and they have raised our rent twice. Now we pay 35$ more than anyone else charges for the same unit. We are moving out of this unit as soon as weather allows as I dont like to waste my money on companys that treat long term customers poorly and willy nilly raise rates. No time or money for that nonsense.

We have been with this storage business for many years. The office is always friendly and professional. I like that they live on the premises so theres almost always someone there at night.

Nice secure facility. They have various sizes and offer online and auto payments so you never have to worry about the guys from Storage Wars bidding on your stuff.

Good variety of units, kind of pricey. During the winter snow is not removed from the front of your unit you will have to shovel it yourself.
