This place is a nightmare. I had a unit there for over a year. A few weeks ago a car backed into the door of our unit. For weeks there was a four foot gap opening where anyone could access and steal our stuff. At least big enough for raccoons and rats. It sat like that for weeks. We were never notified. When we went to the manger, they were combative and not helpful. So we are now finally out of there, hallelujah! Once all our stuff was out, much of it covered in mold from all the moisture that seeps in, we would see the piles of dirt that also blew in through the drafty doors. Just an incredibly poor place. Do not put your stuff in this place.

I spoke to Carol over the phone. Anytime I changed my reservation, she was so understanding. And when I needed to change the payment plan, she and Vicky both helped me to get a plan more suited to my needs. When I couldnt find the storage unit door, Vicky told me on the phone where to find it and she literally drove out to make sure I had found it. This place also has great deals and everything, in the contract and such, is so cut and dry. No gimmicks, just good rates and good service. Perfect for students, considering the $175, 4 month deal they have for students. And they really mean $175 for everything. This place is awesome.
