If I could give negative stars I would. Today is 1/5/2017. Dealing with this shop has been a very difficult and sad experience so far. Im still in the middle of a claim with the shop, so its left to be seen if they are going to make things right for the damages incurred by me and my vehicle. I understand that people make mistakes, I believe in making things right, I will continue to give the owner (David) the benefit of the doubt until the claim is settled, and Ill edit this review appropriately when all is said and done. I paid them to find and fix an oil leak, and to replace my brakes and rotors. They said the leak was the valve cover gasket so they fixed it and charged me for it... but it turns out the head gasket is what is (still) leaking. So I paid them $250 to fix a problem and they didnt. They did my brakes and "somehow" mysteriously a caliper bolt fell out 2 weeks later resulting in a horrific and catastrophic event while I was driving, that could have easily killed me and my passengers if we werent going less than 25 in a residential zone. The caliper came loose and jammed against my rim, which blew the rim apart and my truck skidded to a stop. Unbelievably, the shop owner David wont accept any responsibility for this or the oil leak, so I filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair against him. In good faith, I tried amicably to work these issues out directly with the owner on several occasions. Each time he said he would get back to me, but never did. This is the kind of shop that should be closed down for gross incompetence. There are other shops who you should go to. Buyer beware!

I brought my 2001 Civic to get the radiator looked at. Out of the blue, the radiator leaked out all of the coolant. I thought the problem would be a busted hose or a broken clamp.When the mechanic looked at the radiator, he immediately said the entire radiator had to be replaced. The mechanic didnt look under the car or anything. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I just wanted the car to be fixed ASAP. I marked the radiator by folding a couple of grills before leaving them the car, just in case they tried to pull a fast one. When I picked up the car a couple of days later, I found the same marks on the radiator and a bunch of other marks that the radiator didnt have. It sure as hell was not a new radiator they placed in my car! This was the first and last time I will use these people. Be warned.

Questionable knowledge. Took 04 DeVille for smog test. Mechanic refused to run test because the check engine light was on. I explained that it was a p0174 & 0171 codes that are a common problem in that model car. Explained that the codes have been on intermittently since 2007 and never have had an issue with testing. Mechanic didnt want to look into the issue or smog the car. Took the car to a smog only shop, the tester confirmed the codes with a OBD scanner, waited a bit to see if the codes went off, they did, and then he ran the test. Car passes with flying colors. I would think that a certified mechanic should know about common issues or a least take the time to investigate.

Brought in car for seal oil leak Dec 2016. Owner kept car 1 week, upon picking up, car had been driven 200 miles! (Day of leaving car I took pics of mileage for insurance renewal) I do NOT recommend because of my and other complaints of cars being driven for recreation. Also, work was never done because oil still leaked.

I stop to charge my ac they said they would check if it didnt work no charge but when it came to testing it didnt work after the charge and still made me pay very bad experience dont recommend anybody there
