Heres my cool story... I brought my ASUS laptop there and asked to replace the broken DC jack. They said that it would take them 1 day if they have a spare part, otherwise shipping would take some extra time. Next day they called (it was the one and only time they called me) to say that they have ordered new DC jack and it will be delivered in 5 days. A week later, after receiving no information from them, I called to know the status and was told that the spare part is being shipped from China and I have to wait 3 days more. I said ok and just asked them to let me know about delivery... Almost a week passed and I decided to visit them. Old man started telling me, that the work is very difficult, that this model (ux501vw) has an inconvenient location of DC jack on the motherboard and that there is a risk of damaging the motherboard during this work. So he was "feeling nervous" about that. He said that they will come together with their team to decide what to do and is it worth it to start work at all... I was upset, also I could not understand why to order a part and wait for two weeks. But I was polite and agreed to wait one more day for their decision. No having received any call again, I came there and then the culmination started. In a very rude manner, the dude began to assure me that I had accused them of possible damage to the motherboard. And because of that they dont want to even start the work. They returned my laptop and didnt want to listen to me. Well at least they did not ask any charge for their "labor"..) Be careful!

Where do I start? They had me wait 7 months for my laptop repair and when I picked it up I was so caught up with listening to the man Brandon tell me about how my wirelass cardon the old motherboard was not working so they put a wireless adapter on one of the usbports He was showing me how the internet worked put on YouTube whatever I get home turn it on open a sticky note and what do I see behind the sticky note a deep scratch! call them to ask them why the heck does my screen have a scratch and they ask what are you talking about totally denying the fact they damaged my screen then once I started using the laptop my volume knob isnt working either ! Now it makes sense why they would offer to sell me a better laptop every time I would call to check the status on the repair wow My laptop was not cheap at all and for them to not own up to their damage is horrible service 7 months before I received my laptop!!!! and they couldnt own up to this I was patient enough to wait that long horrible service They really need to care more for their customers I wouldve respected their business more if they own up to their damage I do not recommend this place to anybody

A bit expensive, but not as much as it could have been. The staff was helpful and quick to resolve my problem. For that I am thankful and very pleased. I am happy overall and would recommend these folks if you have a problem that you cannot solve. They were very quick and responsive to my need of having it back asap !! I would suggest that the first time charge be $59.00 and then repeat customers get the loyalty/return rate of $39.00 instead of the other way around. That would definitely make me come back and they would get ALL of my computer business -- laptops and desktops. They do offer repair plans, but the $100.00 plus I spent tapped me out this go round. I know others are more expensive, but these guys should consider my idea. I do suggest you give them at least consideration. Honest, communicative and helpful -- they did make me feel better about the life of my plastic and silicon box !!!

My HP laptop Pavilion screen turned black. I called the place and they told me that it could be done right away. I drove all the way from downtown LA to south bay and let them know that Id like to have my laptop ASAP. I ate the lunch at the cafe in the same shopping center and waited. They came to inform me in the cafe. And my HP was completely done and like new again during my lunch time. Great service, good price and speedy. I have called several other places and they were either pricey or needed to order the screen etc. this place is resourceful and efficient. Dont know why they get so much negative review. My experience was excellent.

For me I was happy with service. They have helped me many times, went beyond basics, helpful. If you read some reviews...it doesnt seem like the same shop...I have brought over 12 computers in and had no problems. No one likes to pay for repairs but I thought it to be fair and reasonable. They even did a trick repair that didnt work first time and no problems on 2nd go around.... As far as hard sales or pressure-have not experienced it. Quality knowledgeable quick repiairs. I have even taken in Macs and I bought a PC here too.

Great customer service. I took my computer in for repairs and although it took a few days to get it back the wait was well deserving. They repaired my computer and left it running like new. There price to repair the computer was also very reasonable compared to other quotes I received from other repair shops. I would definitely take my computer back there for repairs. Thanks Fusion. During the peak tax season, my mother board went out. I took it to Fusion Computer and they had it fixed within 2 days and very reasonably priced. One of the very best computer repair experiences I have ever had and I happily recommend them to anyone who needs assistance. They will get ALL of my business from now on. Thank you Fusion!

Besides the excellent service, and knowledgeable staff, they are honest. Being a computer illiterate, I really value doing business with an honest business. I trust them when they say I need a new component or service. They answer all my questions. A friend referred me to Fusion about 6 yrs ago. i won t go anywhere else.

Avoid at all costs... Stay Away! Do not use their services. In my situation they used a cheap aftermarket part, which will work, but when I discovered it was non conforming with the original part I asked they repair the issue with the correct OME part. They asked for more money and had no remorse. Poor customer service.

I brought in two computers for software and anti-virus upgrades. The work was completed promptly and I was able to take the computers back to the office and home on the same day.
