drGEEKsters repaired my daughters iTouch and we could not have been happier with the results. The issue was a broken screen/digitizer. It was so badly broken (you could see the circuit board) that we presumed it was not fixable. Paul at drGEEKsters did a super job on something that looked like it had been run over by a truck! It was returned to full functionality much to the delight of my daughter. A couple of things that need to be mentioned: The price was very fair compared to other vendors in my area. The customer service was faultless. When you walk into the store (it feels like a comfy hip lounge), youre greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. This goes such a long way when it happens in any transaction or interaction. I would definitely recommend drGEEKsters to any one who needs it done right and at an affordable price. Thank you!

I had a really pleasant experience with these guys. Very easy to deal with (no nerd lingo) and the prices are greeeeeaaattt. My new Playstation 4 was accidently moved (GRRRR) and the HDMI port pins bent inside the plug. When I called around, most other places said that the port was not replaceable and the entire motherboard needed to be replaced... OR EVEN BETTER .. some said to just "buy a new ps4" ... uhhhh? wtf?? They had my beloved ps4 back in operation with a new HDMI port within a day or two.... AMAZING!! My baby was fixed and purring again!!! & ALL done for less than $100!!

Holy Tech fix! These guys kick the ass of the Gods! I dont know how they could ever get a bad review? Fast, Super nice and Incredibly knowledgeable..Oh, and Cheap! They never over charge or try to get more out of you. Im over happy with this place. Im sending everyone I know to them. Im just trying to find broken stuff in the house now to get fixed. Maybe Ill break something.

These guy know how to fix any electronic problem youre having. They fixed my ps4s HDMI port at a fair price. I would definitely go to them to fix my devices or consoles. They are very helpful and kind and they help you with any questions or problems you may have with your device. I recommend you guys to bring or mail your device or console to them before going anywhere else.

Been here a few times for my Xbox. I am very pleased. He resolved the issue the first time and offers great warranties on them. He is a person who stands by his work. Most places in Austin do not offer that. He is friendly and very knowledgeable about what he is doing. I will come back if anything is needed and will refer people to his establishment.
