TechStudio is everything you want in a computer repair store. Their store front on Abbott Kinney is extremely legit. The staff is knowledgable, friendly and more importantly...trustworthy. There was no fear factor up selling. I came in to have more ram installed on my computer. The person who worked on my Mac was really helpful. He went above and beyond and cleaned up some of the apps that were automatically opening on my computer (slowing it down). He ran a few updates and cleaned up my system. I was told to work with the computer to see if there was an improvement. He explained my options to further improve my machine if I felt I needed more speed. All of the options were extremely reasonable in regards to scope and price. I was in and out of there in under 25 minutes (as a walk in). If your laptop is as centric to your livelihood as mine is, you want to take it somewhere that is legitimate, trustworthy and reasonably priced. Look no further.

Brought my PC laptop computer into Tech Studio for repairs. Turns out I needed drivers replaced. Tech Studio promptly diagnosed the problem, gave me a clear explanation of my options in terms of services, time needed to complete the job and a detailed estimate for services rendered. The repairs were made and all my files and documents were saved, the time repairs took was in line with the projected time estimated and the fees for services provided was right on the mark. Very satisfied with Tech Studios services. The office manager, Matt, is very thorough in detailing the services and what to expect. He is very low-key in his demeanor and I didnt feel pressured into having any services performed that werent necessary. I will definitely use Tech Studios for any future computer repair work as well as recommend them to friends needing similar services. Keep Up the Good Work!

Tech Studio Mac and PC Repair is simply the best. I have had two great experiences with them so far. I will continue to go to them for all my tech needs in the future. Nobody else I would trust more with my $4000 PC build. They take extra care of the computer. And go out of their way to make sure the computer is running optimally in every way. (overclocking, air circulation, noise reduction, you name it) The prices are incredibly fair; staff is nice, knowledgeable and helpful, and the service is fast. What more can you ask for? I came to Tech Studio needing a replacement battery installed on my iPod, and they did it easy and quick, with a price that justified the surgery. The store has a super cozy and warm vibe to it, is spic and span, and exists right there in the heart of Abbot Kinney Blvds charming shop/restaurants area. All three dudes working there were very friendly - they obviously like their jobs. Small as it is, theres all kinds of Apple accessories hung and strung about the place that Ive never seen before, such as iPhone cases hand-carved out of wood! Im super glad I found such a neat little nearby store to repair my iPod, and Ill certainly head there again whenever I need any work on my Macbook Pro.

These guys are amazing. Matt transferred my data over to my new computer over a year ago, but he and Robert still take my frantic calls when I am freaking out because I "broke" my laptop again. I have a huge bullseye on my back and a sign that says, "Please rip my face off and waaayyy overcharge me because I know nothing about computers." The Tech studio staff could have taken advantage of this but they are HONEST, patient, kind, and competent. When possible, they will do their best to let you know what scenarios and fees you might be facing. I trust their pricing and expertise. Thank you Tech Studio!

Four years ago my office computer had a serious problem in my IT guy was out of country for two week vacation. So I went to the web and happened upon tech studio. What a lucky break. Tech studio has been my go to IT solution ever since. With 17 in-house PCs and four Macintosh workstations and three servers we have issues pop up on a regular basis from viruses to networking issues, upgrades and replacements the people at tech studio have been fantastic they understand when were in a real bind and they can get somebody here quickly the techs always been friendly, courteous,knowledgeable and reliable.

Robert is clearly a smart and honest tradesman. After a series of bad experiences with computer repair, there was a low bar. But even if good IT people were not hard to find, I would be recommending Robert. By talking to him, I could tell he takes pride in his work, his knowledge, and above all his personal ethics, all of which make me comfortable that I can take any electronics problem to him and get a fair deal or the best recommendation as to how to proceed.. Robert was beyond amazing! I called panicked on a Saturday after my computer completely turned off and wouldnt restart. Robert told me to come on in and immediately began working on my computer. Luckily he was able to fix it and even took the time to clean out my computer without me even realizing it was dirty. Im usually worried about the competency of computer repair companies but he definitely knew what he was doing. I will definitely be back!

Ive taken all my computers, whether for repairs or upgrades, to Tech Studio. The price of parts and fees for service are always fair and reasonable. Matt does great work and is honest up front about the time itll take to do a job. Ive never had to wait longer than promised for work to be done. Sometimes its done earlier than expected. Ive also sent many friend to see them and have only heard positive feedback! Everything is awesome!!!

These guys did a great job repairing my Toshiba Laptop. I had fouled it up by trying to repair it myself from some internet advice. They very kindly did not shame me for it; and were very professional. They let me know what they were going to do and how much it would cost. I got my laptop back working like new and with my original issue repaired as well. I also like that theyre a local shop and not a big, faceless, national brand.

Im not tech savy in the slightest way, so i was looking online for a place to repair my life (my computer). Tech Studio was AMAAAAZING! They were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about many devices. They take excellent care of your device (no dings or scratches). My MacBook Air screen was cracked and every place I called said I could have it shipped and installed in 5 business days. I called these guys and they went out of their way to source me a local refurbished screen for cheaper than the new ones people were quoting me. The best part...they sourced the part and installed the screen on the same day! Very happy to have a local Venice Apple expert.
