The staff at Computer City Repairs in Westwood is flawlessly AWESOME! Kevin and the crew are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, trustworthy, efficient and compassionate. My experiences with them have been nothing but worthy of the highest rating, especially after being taken for an expensive rice by and unscrupulous crook who not only cheated me, but also totally wreaked havoc on my laptop! He removed software, files and photos from my laptop, though I told him to ensure he did not, and tried to convince me that I just did not know anything and treated me like an idiot. Kevin came to the rescue, confirming all the damage that had been done, that files were removed, bogus software was installed and was so kind and handled me with great respect and care. I had to take the laptop back a couple of times to continue to repair the damage done by the previous tech, and he was wonderfully kind and charged very reasonable fees for the services provided. I HIGHLY praise and recommend Kevin and the crew at Computer City Repairs in Westwood to everyone I know. It is refreshing and has dramatically lessened my stress level knowing that I have my "go to" professionals upon whom I can depend to be honest, reliable and friendly when I am in need! They also are great at repairing cell phones, FYI! I wish I could say more about other businesses in this regard, and can only attest that this group of IT professionals are as good as gold!

I found Computer City Repairs through Yelp. I called them to ask the price and turnaround time for adding memory to my MacBook Pro hard drive. Kevin quoted me $100 and said it could be done in less than an hour. I considered his price very reasonable - especially since the techs at the Apple Store Genius Bar said it is typically $125-150. When I arrived, Kevin was so friendly and easygoing. He even explained the process of adding memory and answered all of my questions. I went down the street for a cup of tea at Mary & Robbs and my upgraded MacBook Pro was waiting for 40 minutes later. I was so happy, I asked him to wipe the hard drive on my 2008 MacBook, so that I could sell it. Overall, a very pleasant and easy experience - my first when dealing with tech issues.

I found Computer City Repairs on Google, when I took my laptop to them they performed a diagnostic and gave me an estimate for free. Skeptical at first, I contacted five other computer repairs stores, Computer City Repairs offered the lowest repair cost. Moreover, after reading the reviews on Google and Yelp I was convinced that I could entrust my laptop to them. Kevin, one of the employees at Computer City Repairs was very helpful and professional. After dropping off my laptop I received a call the same that my laptop would be fixed in two days. When I picked up my laptop, it looked NEW. I highly recommend Computer City Repairs because of their reasonable prices and great service. Thank you Kevin for your great work and keep up the good work.

So I basically bust my Dell laptops screen and I needed to replace it as soon as possible. The crack in the screen completely ruined any hopes of being able to use my laptop. I really did not want to ship it into Dell services because the costs are extremely high plus I have no insurance on it. So I decided to look for a local reputable business and I found this place. Brought it in on Wednesday and had it back by Saturday (and that was delayed only because they did not have the piece). The service would have been 2 days otherwise. If you re looking for a fast and low cost repair, this place is for you. Thanks! Much appreciated.

My computer had been getting slower for weeks and was finally unusable. Computer repairmen have a reputation only slightly better than used car salesmen, but Computer City returned it in a day, cleaned and fixed and fast again and for a piddling $145. Very satisfied....Then (this was two months later) I returned from out of town to discover the computer was almost paralyzed; it froze and announced "not responding" after a few keystrokes. So I took it in, and they fixed it -- and, to my amazement, didnt charge me! They said it was a "do over." Even more satisfied....

I have used Computer City twice now. The first visit was last year when I had Computer City upgrade my old, slow Dell laptop computer with additional RAM and a speedy SSD flash drive. Great work completed in one day for a very fair price. This week I brought in my mother-in-laws old Dell PC for an upgrade. Kevin told me it was too old and not worth upgrading. Instead he recommended a much newer, but used Gateway PC that he upgraded with a new SSD flash drive. Again very fair pice and awesome machine. I would definitely recommend Computer City.

They were able to fix a computer I hadnt been able to use in over two years, I dropped it off Saturday night and was only able to do so because they waited to close until I arrived. I picked my laptop up on Monday(only because they are closed on Sundays). Long story short, I was able to pick it up not even 48 hours after I had dropped it off. Computer City Repair has affordable prices, a great staff, and incredibly quick repair times. Hopefully I wont have to get my computer fixed again anytime soon, but If I do, Im definitely going here. Great job,

After losing our family photos when my dad thought I had been backing them up all along, I was looking for a miracle, but all i could find were people asking for insane dollars amounts for help.... I just couldnt believe it was going to cost me over $1400 or more to recover my hard drive! I found Computer City Repairs and after a quick phone call/conversation I truly felt my hard drive, was in good hands. Long story short the family pictures are back and i got a great deal on the computer service.. Great job guys, Keep it up!

I called Computer City Repairs to install a new Laser Printer/Fax/Scanner for my mothers computer who lives a couple of blocks from Computer City Repairs address. The owner, Kevin, arrived promptly on time, was very polite, and efficient. He quickly unpacked the machine and put it through its paces--- testing all aspects of the machine by sending scanned images, and fax to me. Flawless service! I wont hesitate to call Kevin, whenever I need computer service of any kind. Outstanding in every respect. FIVE BIG STARS!!!

I was referred to Computer City Repairs when my MacBook Pro started Crashing on me every hour. I took it to Apple store , they said it will take 1 week and they will charge me something between $450-$600. Koorosh who is in charge of the computer city repairs, calmed me down and promised me to fix it in a timely manner. He contacted me in 3 hours and told me that he fixed it for me !!! I was amazed by his job and will always go back to him for any computer issue I might have. Thank you Koorosh

Fran Azer - 3 days ago Koorosh, owner of Computer City Repairs is the best computer man I have ever worked with. He is honest, intelligent and knows his stuff. I have been in business for over 45 years and never had anyone who I trusted with all of my computers. Every time I have had a major problem that seemed as if it was the end and totally hopeless he got me up and back to brand new. I would recommend him to everyone who want a job well done and at a fair price.
