These guys are everything you want in a full service IT department. The best thing is that you dont have to employ an IT department, you can just hire these guys on demand. Youll get the same expert service from guys who will treat you like family. I personally have never even been to their shop. Heres my experience, I called a couple of IT companies to talk about setting up a network for my new business enterpriseconsulantsgrou… , the first two I didnt feel comfortable with, then I expanded my search to the SFR valley and Im glad I did. Emil called me shortly after I submitted the quote request through yelp. I can say that I felt so comfortable by the end of the call that I had made my decision already. These guys were the ones. I had them come out and install wiring, computers, NAS, and more. They looked out for my bottom line with all of their recommendations, taking into consideration that I was a Startup. Im so happy that I have found them. Now that I have Emil and his crew handling all things "IT" I can focus on what I do best which is Tax Negotiations.

Absolutely fantastic customer service at a very reasonable price. I needed an SSD drive installed that I had purchased directly from the manufacturer and had already setup with an OS and files. I was going to do it myself but, after opening the case, determine my hands, fingers, and thumbs were too big to work within the confines of the case. I called at about 10:00 a.m. to see if I could get it installed while I waited. Emil was extremely polite and helpful, and after I answered a few questions about the install, the answer was yes if I could come before a UPS delivery arrived. I was there in 15 minutes. Sarkis took less than 30 minutes to do the install. Emil served me coffee and chatted with me while I waited. It was a most pleasurable experience, from beginning to end. I am now happily running my workhorse with a fast SSD drive. I highly recommend Personal Computer Sales and Service in Sherman Oaks.

I brought in an older 2010 HP Laptop that has not been used for over year that needed all the Windows Security Updates especially for the Wannacry virus updates and I wanted to be sure Avast Security was working properly. When they opened the laptop, they discovered a really dirty fans. I don’t it’s ever been cleaned since it was purchased in 2010. I really never thought about the fans, but they do need to be cleaned every so often, especially if you have animals. And like all fans, over a period of time, they get dirty and clogged, which is another good reason to bring in your laptop for a yearly maintenance & check-up. What a difference having a clean the fan makes; it runs so much better and faster. I highly recommend guys, they are the BEST computer repair technicians for both PC and MAC!

I was driving down Ventura just after six pm looking for a computer repair store because my computer wouldnt boot up. I knocked on the door and a man greeted me and informed me that they were closed. He asked what was wrong with my computer anyway and I told him that I had just put a new hard drive in my computer and it wouldnt boot up. He calmly scratched his head took a look at me and said "come on in let me have a look at it". He introduced himself to me as Emil and after a few days he returned my computer. It worked perfect just as when I bought it in 2009. so if you need repair this is the place to go to get excellent service at a great price. - C.G.

Fast. Professional. Trustworthy. and best of all CHEAP! I walked in with my computer that didnt want to boot up and Emil immediately sat down with me to check out my computer. He explained to me the potential issues and what we could do to solve it. My computer is my life and the key to running my online business smoothly. I left my computer for them to fix for a few days. Emil Hogen and Sarkis at PC Sales and Service in Sherman Oaks, CA are the Rock Gods to anything to do with computer repairs, techncal issues or IT support. They were honest, reliable. patiently explained the damage and solutions and got me the best pricing on the new hard drive and screen. They are top notch pros who actually should have charged me because I got a crash course in computer sciences in the few days mine computer was in their shop. I had an older Windows 7 laptop that was acting up, with overheating as either a cause or a result. Emil and his team did a thorough diagnostic and then made appropriate repairs to keep the machine going for the extra year or two I hope to get out of it, all for a reasonable price. One month later, the laptop is still working well, so I feel the investment was worth it. Business was conducted in a courteous and professional manner, and they were excellent about giving me updates at each stage of the process without my having to call. I would certainly use them again.

Great Experience! Now a days you only find business that want to take your money for everything. They Will lie or make up stories to make you pay more. This is not the case. These people are very professional they will take you exactly what the problem is regardless of the situation and in cases when the amount is less than the deposit made they will give you the money back. They Also will give you options so you dont have to spend a lot of money. I tough the location of the business would make it expensive but I was wrong.

Ron and PC Sales and Service really took care of me. I took my laptop in for service thinking it was the motherboard. I expected to shell out a few hundred dollars. They contacted me the next day and said it was only the power cord! Then if that wasnt enough, I had paid for the diagnostic charge when I dropped off the laptop. Since the replacement of the power cord was less than the diagnostic charge, the refunded the balance back into my credit card account! That is awesome and honest business.

Unknown hackers got access into my computer programs and vandalized a lot of settings. Even set a password necessary to open my computer, so I couldnt use it at all. I took it into Personal Computer Sales & Service, where they successfully eliminated the password, fixed up my programs, even got rid of a lot of other accumulated rubbish that was slowing it down. Returned it to me better than it had been in years all for a modest charge. I feel it was the best $175 Id spent in a long time!
