For at least 4 years I have asked Bill & Karen Enterline to stop leaving advertising on my property. That I am disabled, among other reasons I have cited, seems to go in one ear and out the other. There is a large "no soliciting" sign at the sidewalk and I have made numerous calls and emails. The worst part is that besides the unlawfulness of leaving things when a sign is posted, these realtors leave it in a place that violates city code for placement. After several days of very strong daily winds, enough to break a 12 foot branch off of one of my trees yesterday, I came out to find more advertising. It was not left SECURED as code requires, nor within 4 feet of the front door, as is our law. It was dropped on my fence post at the SIDEWALK, flapping in this mornings breezes. Winds are due to pick up again this afternoon and it (as well as others) will fly. I cant imagine hiring a real estate agent who cares so little for the community and ignores repeated communication. I am selling my house next year. These are not the sort of realtors that I will trust.

The man who delivers flyers for Bob Slawson who works for this company. Tried to open my front door. I have a video of him doing it. There was an attempted burglary at my house 4 days before this video was taken. coincidence? Maybe, I contacted Mr Slawson and told him what happened and that I did not want this man at my home again, he did nothing! I then sent him a copy of the video. believe it or not he still did nothing. yesterday this same man was at my house delivering flyers again. fortunately people were home. Bad Business ethics I would never do business with Bob Slawson at remax college park. please make sure your doors are locked tight. this man is still delivering flyers today.
