Ill never run out of good things to say about this company! The entire staff is talented, knowledgeable, up-to-date on real estate law and rules, incredibly good at what they do and service to their clients is of the utmost importance. They helped me buy and sell a home; AND years later, when I ran into trouble with an escrow in another state -- Jeff Anderson was there to give me some guidance and help and even a local referral! Weve bought and sold four other times before finding the Anderson Group, and I can say without reservation that this is the best real estate company you will ever ever work with! I can barely list all of the thing great things they do during a house hunt and a sale -- but suffice it to say that they cover everything -- and make sure you dont make a single misstep -- they know and/or research the neighborhoods -- even looking for potential noise problems like fire stations, etc. They constantly attend and lead continuing education classes to stay up on all the latest laws. They are very tech savvy and their marketing is spot on! I only hope to return to Calif and be able to use them when we finally do get back there and have to find our retirement home!

They will try and scare you into hiring them at their open house so they can double end the deal. They will say things like if you like this house, I can make sure you get it because I work for the listing agent. I experienced this on three different occasions when shopping for a home in Long Beach and found it extremely unethical.
