My neighbor bought her first house from this office. The realtor was nice, showed her a few houses and bought the house next door to me her in Long Beach. A year later she gets a call from the DEA while at work, and was told her house in Paramount was raided and was inquiring about all the packages full of drugs that were being delivered in her name. After much confusion, the DEA explained that the realtor was not licensed and was working for the Mexican Mafia (No, I am not kidding). They slipped another set of papers in with her documents so she ended up signing and purchasing TWO houses! Some of the Documents were also forged. They used the one house for running drugs, the taxes; utilities, mail, etc… were all in her name. Of course by the time she confronted Century 21 the realtor could not be found. My friend hired a lawyer, and century 21’s stance was that it was “ A love affair gone bad”, and she knew what she was doing Can you believe that! They never accepted responsibility, my friend was compensated a very small amount, has a foreclosure on her credit record and all the crap that goes with it. Also was responsible for all the back taxes and utilities, property cleanup, and pets left behind to the city of Paramount. Stay away from this office, they obviously don’t screen their employees, you don’t want the same thing to happen to you!

This review is for Grace Lin at Century 21 Masters in Norwalk. If you are a seller I would not recommend having her represent you. We were pre-approved and ready to make an offer, and Grace insulted us with uncalled-for accusations. The seller of the house has already decided to switch to another real estate agent.

I received a call from an agent that was inquiring about my expired listing. He was loud, obnoxious, rude, and kept talking over me. Then he yelled, "Thats a yes or no question!" then hung up on me. I left a message with the broker about my experience with the broker.
