Judith Paniagua is a very ethical, knowledgeable, experienced realtor. She helped us close a deal on a commercial property in Duarte, CA within 2 months of listing with her. She advertised in the MLS, internet, and even in the newspapers. We got interest all over the place almost every 2 days and she showed up for each and every appointment (even if it was night time). We got updates almost daily and she was on top of any problems that were presented (and was even proactively looking for any potential problems that may stymie the deal so that we could be prepared and help push the deal along in the shortest amount of time). She is so ethical that she gave up a DOUBLE COMMISSION because her buyers deal was not the best offer. (who in this age would do such a thing??). She wont sugar coat the deal or the property just to get the listing but will present ALL THE FACTS with their pros & cons and allow you in your own time to make the best decision for your own circumstances. What more can you ask for than an honest, hardworking, knowledgable realtor!

In a world of people that have advanced in their professions only to showcase their incompetence, it is refreshing when you run across an Emily Duggan. Her level of professionalism, industry knowledge and personal involvement were noteworthy in her efforts to sell our property.
