Since I have bought and sold homes in the past I though I was pretty well prepared for the purchase and loan process. I was a bit surprised and how many layers have been added to the processes since my last purchase a few years ago and Cristal was the perfect Realtor to advise, coach, caution and encourage me along the way. Together we made competitive offers on multiple properties over a few months and lost out to other buyers on a few for various (good) reasons. She discovered properties that we perfect for my taste during these last few months of multiple offers, bidding against cash buyers and homes selling for more than the asking price. Not only did Cristal ultimately find my dream home in the perfect neighborhood but it was not even listed for sale (yet)! She identified the home through her vast number of industry contacts and maneuvered my purchase through some delicate matters with finesse and integrity. If you want a Realtor who cheats or cuts corners she is not for you. I can not recommend Cristal enough and would not think of buying or selling real estate in the future without her! I originally met Cristal through an on line ad for a property a few years ago. At the time she was not even my agent yet was very patient with me answering all my questions and assisting me endlessly. I was very impressed with her follow up and follow through on details and she never put any pressure on me to do more than I wanted to at the time. Since I was so impressed with her knowledge, speed, service and follow through previously I was eager to enlist her professional assistance earlier this year when I was ready to buy. She absolutely went above and beyond with a complicated purchase with seller and sellers agent that we not very forthcoming on information prior to, during and after the escrow. Although the deal did not conclude it had nothing to do with Cristals diligent, tireless, profession and detailed work. Whether Im buying or selling in the near future (or both) Cristal has earned my trust and respect and she will be my agent. I am always interested in hearing her observations and opinions and truly enjoy working with her. Thanks Cristal!

If youre reading this review, youre probably looking for a realtor. Stop looking and call Cristal and her awesome team. My fiancé and I were just recently got engaged, and we decided that we wanted to start looking for a house at the start of the year. We were looking to purchase our first home in Fullerton, within a reasonable distance from the Train Station, and within our budget (which is on the lower range for Fullerton). We simply called Cristal on a Wednesday, met with her and Sasha Sunday (because of our personal schedule), and we were full steam ahead to buy a house from that point on. Because Cristal is so well connected within the industry, she had heard of house that we would love going on the market shortly. 8 days after our initial meeting, we checked out this particular house, loved it, and had Sasha help us put of first offer on a house. Cristal and Sasha worked their magic, and we opened escrow just 5 days later. 28 days later, we closed escrow, and are loving our house! Cristal is a chameleon. She adapts to you, what youre needs are, what you want, and ultimately has your best interest in mind. She has such an energetic personality, and gets the job done. Sasha represented us during the whole escrow process, and made the process so painless. She made sure we were hitting all of our deadlines, and answered all of our on-edge annoying emails. Shes super adorable, and makes things happen instantly. David looked over the house while we were in escrow, and was super accommodating to show us the house while we were in escrow. He has a keen eye for overlooked items around the house, and pointed out areas small projects we should work on once we owned the house. Honest to goodness, I could not think of a better team to work with when buying a home. Emotions are on overdrive, and its easy to feel overwhelmed through the whole process. Thankfully, Cristal, Sasha, and David are so down to earth, normal people, that look out for your best interest. It also helps that theyre pretty dang cool, and I wouldnt mind just hanging out with them on normal circumstances.

The Drake team was incredible in getting my husband and I into our first home! We were complete newbies and Cristal and David made the whole roller coaster process so smooth. Starting off Cristal was friendly, welcoming, and so positive. We really appreciated that she was upfront about the challenges of the market, but the fact that she and her team are so well connected to the community gave us great confidence that we would find our first home. She did such a great job listening to our needs that we didnt have to spend months looking and actually found our home on the first day out with her! Cristal and David guided us through the whole process and made the 6 weeks between seeing the house and getting the keys really easy. They really did all of the heavy lifting! Cristal helped us beat out other offers to get the house for a fair price that we were comfortable with. She did an amazing job of handling all of the back and forth and made everything really simple for us. Once we made the offer, Davids expertise and experience was amazing. The house is on the older side (which we love!) and David really helped us navigate the home inspection, gave us TONS of excellent recommendations for electricians, plumbers, painters, etc. all of whom have been amazing, and even installed our smoke and CO2 detectors. The Drake team has been such great help to us even after we moved in. A few days after we closed, there was an urgent problem with the water heater that wasnt caught by the home inspection. While my husband and I were at work we found out there was a bad leak, but it would take both of us hours to get home. David to the rescue! He went to the house and was able to stop the major problem until we could get home and get an expert out to fix it. We were blown away and so incredibly grateful. That is the kind of service you get from the Drakes! Now 4 months later we are in our first home together and love love love it! We will absolutely use the Drake team again and recommend them 100% to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

After I bought a home I called the same Realitor I had used to ask her for help getting comparables to appeal my high property tax since my new homes value had dropped considerably. She barely would help me at all. I couldnt believe it! Not only had I bought a home through her which was an easy sale (and even gave her a nice tip), but I sent her a friend for another easy all cash sale as well. Then after shes made all her money shes actually too lazy to really even help me with a little real estate problem! At that point I went online and spotted an article Cristal Drake had posted explaining how to more effectively appeal your property taxes. It had a lot of valuable information I used and I called her with an additional question I had. Without even knowing me, or without any chance of a sale right then, Cristal went completely out of her way to help me. She gave me more pertinent tips and then took a lot of her time to hunt up comparable sales I could use for my appeal. All thanks to Cristal I was able to get my property taxes reduced. This was all for free and the Realitor I had used previously never even called me back to see what happened. Ill tell you one thing, the next place I buy will definitely be through Cristal Drake. Shes in it for the long term and really cares about people. Because of her I have a lower more fair tax rate and Im going to recommend her to all my friends. I didnt even buy my house from her and she helped me (really helped me!) ten times more than the Realitor I used and put my faith in. Cristal Drakes the best!
