I’ve sold several homes with Century 21 Excellence and I got to say my experience has been phenomenal. When minor storms have aroused in the middle of a few escrows, Teresa Martinez (Broker) is always the calming force in the transactions. Teresa is a very creative and dynamic Broker and she always brings win-win solutions to the negotiating table so that everybody can move towards the ultimate goal: Get your transactions closed. The other thing I love about working with Century 21 is the fact they have an in-house escrow company. This makes it so convenience to follow up on the transactions and their escrow officers are really knowledgeable and reliable. I highly recommend Century 21 Excellence to anybody looking to Buy or Sell. You should feel confident dealing with any agent working in that firm since you will have Teresa Martinez overseeing the transaction. Jerry Torres – Real Estate Investor

I must say this office is very bias. I DO NOT recommend this office for the following reasons; Teresa Martinez, Broker does not care about the clients unless she will be able to make money out of them. I believe this is a business of equality, good faith and high standards. She does not meet any of the qualifications. My recommendation is to STAY AWAY FROM this office and from Teresa Martinez when it comes to Real Estate! She is only out for herself, she is a lier, manipulator and a malicious lady.
