I recently purchased (April-2010) my home in Whittier with the help of Nancy and Bob Ulrich, real estate agents for Century 21 Beachside. I was very pleased with their professional and patient service, and highly recommend them. I had specific criteria for the home that I wanted, and Nancy was patient and helpful in finding just the right place for me. We must have looked at over 40 homes before we found a place that fit my criteria. It was on the market as a "short sale" which can be difficult and tricky to bring successfully through escrow. I now have the house that I wanted, due to the hard work and astute real estate abilities of Bob and Nancy. Without their patients, experience, and knowledge, this deal could easily have fallen apart, but they kept it on-track for me all the way, to close the right deal for me.
