Selling my mothers home, which had been vacant for 6 years, was my highest priority, yet it was the last thing I wanted to face. Just the thought of tackling 55 years of accumulation in her house and garage was daunting! I had planned to interview 3 Realtors before listing it. I was a Realtor for several years in the 80s and had kept my license current until recently so I have a strong real estate background to guide me. After meeting with Monica and Jay, I knew I would be wasting my time to look any further. They were so professional, so prepared, so knowledgeable and such nice people! The marketing plan they presented worked out exactly as they said. It was an "as is" type sale which didnt phase them at all. They knew exactly how to proceed. The house was sold for $36,000 over list price in less than 3 weeks with a 30-day escrow. Monica provided excellent resources for cleaning and hauling away 3 truckloads of trash, old furniture, tires, and even hazardous and e-waste that I had to dispose of. Monica always responded quickly to my messages and kept me informed. She is such a caring and warm person. I still wake up every day hardly believing that the responsibility of this house is behind me. I will always be grateful to Monica, Jay and The Monica Diaz Team!!!

When I was looking for my real estate agent, I made sure to do my due diligence and check out the online reviews. When I found Monica, the reviews almost seemed too good to be true so I made sure to read through most of them and all signs pointed towards genuine so I gave them a call. This sibling living in Virginia, but were the ones that chose this Realtor . 1st call Monica had us feeling very comfortable and ready to move on the sale.
