In 2014, Sean helped us buy our house in Sonoma, CA and in March 2017 he helped us sell it. Sean’s knowledge of real estate and ability to quickly research a given market is truly an asset. He listens to his clients to understand their preferred outcomes (e.g., money, timeliness, finding a “perfect buyer”) and tailors his strategy to work toward those results. He then discusses all the options – weighing the pros and cons, but ultimately letting the client make all the decisions. We had moved out of CA before completing the sale of our house. Sean took care of everything – from the cleaners, to the window washers, to setting up the photographer and videographer to helping us find the perfect company to stage our home. Given the rains in Sonoma, Sean helped relieve our anxiety around the slow downturn of the market. We held tight, listened to his advice and were more than pleased with the final sale. We would highly recommend Sean to those wanting to buy or sell their homes.

Sean Glaze was an ideal real estate agent for my wife and I when we were looking for our new home. You can text, E-mail or call him and he is very responsive. I feel like I had a lot of questions during my search for a house and he was very patient in explaining everything to me until I was satisfied. He was never pushy about any house we saw, but he would always make sure to point out the good and the bad in each. Sean sees the deal all the way through, as a condition of our sale was to allow the current tenants and extension on their lease. Since we would be out of town, he and Squire Reality helped with the final walk through and deposit refund which helped the transition feel smooth and professional. As an added bonus, Sean also helped us out with our old property, running rental comps and giving advice on how we could get the most out of our old place as a rental. This guy does everything right and then does a little more.

Just called and spoke with Jason, and unfortunately he has a stick so far up his ass he cant take a minute to answer a few questions for a potential renter. I asked about the prospect of a studio being available in late August, early September, and he responded with "Thats a long ways away, I have no idea." Sure, its understandable if you cant give me a concrete answer, but I could list a hundred ways to respond that wouldnt have me writing a one star review right now. I was under the impression that youre job consists of answering questions in a polite manner, a way that would leave your customer feeling satisfied with the interaction and eager to rent and recommend you. Jason couldnt provide any of that for me, so I guess Im glad I wont be renting from Squire Realty.
