Recently, my aunt moved and her co-op apartment needed to be sold. Im very pleased Louella Hundt was our agent. She was very professional and went above my understanding of a real estate agents duties. Being a co-op required special attention and there was never any hesitation on her part. I live 4 hours away, so I was selling this apartment via long distance. Louella made connections for me so I did have to make numerous 8 hour trips to resolve any issues. She even went with the notary to have my aunt sign papers which was out of the area. It was sold in a timely manner and we were very happy with the sold price. I would highly recommend Louella Hundt to anyone.

I cant recommend Richard Naas enough. Richard is not only a professional, knowledgeable and patient Realtor that will help you navigate your first home purchase (or your tenth investment), but he is also an honest and thoughtful person who is great to work with. Is your agent not returning your calls promptly or explaining things clearly (like mine was before Richard)? That means they do not VALUE your business.
