Quality work & Competitive prices! LOVE the team at Independent Car Specialist. We were referred by a close friend who has a VW. Was tired of being overcharged at the dealership so we took our Audi Allroad over to Paul & his team. I have no complaints about any part of the process. They did a timely & thorough job! Not too mention Paul called around to other competitors and matched their current specials. They give your car a complete diagnosis and then let you know what needs to be done according to the immediacy of it. Love that! Will be taking my husbands Toyota 4 Runner in tonight with their "after-hours" drop box for some maintenance work. Kerri took all my information down and already has the paperwork waiting! They even matched Costcos prices for tires & installation! Highly recommend you choose this automotive service shop!

Im tired (as I am sure YOU are as well) of shady, dishonest people always trying to up-sell you the latest service. Tony is fair and will only do what is necessary for your car at the time. His concern is more about you and your being able to drive your car safely than in making a buck. He treats your car like it his!
