My family has been going to Personal Care Auto for YEARS! Jeff and the entire crew have ALWAYS been honest - a rare quality in the automotive industry - and their prices consistently beat everyone elses.! They are flexible and willing to work with you in any situation. Best of all, they actually care!!!!! I went some time without going into the shop as I moved away from the area, and when I called the owner not only remembered me, but also remembered my children, my profession, my family, and remembered that I had moved to the south and asked about how we faired through a recent storm! Talk about a personal touch! It really is like having family work on your car. I wish there were more mechanics like this one. The entire automotive industry could learn a lot from this family shop.

Had some car trouble and being from out of town I was stuck. I chose personal care auto repair because they had good reviews. They were very friendly, kept me updated, and had me on the road before they closed for the day. They are a small shop, but what they lack in size, they certainly make up for it in customer service. They are honest and reasonably priced.

My car was barely running, and i thought the worst. I thought i was going to have to rebuild my head. Jeff called me back 2 hours after i dropped off the car and it was fixed free of charge. All he had to do was reconnect a vacuum line. He really could have taken advantage of the situation but he did not. Im glad i found this place.

Jeff is the real deal. He has been my mechanic for over 25 years. He has done everything from keeping my vehicles running when money was tight to building my BMW 850 into a street beast. Oh, he doesnt work on Minis. I was thinking of buying one and his response was "cool, who will be your mechanic?".
