HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE WASTE OF TIME. I came here to get a brake job done, guy quoted me 100 for all pads installed and rotors turned. Of course brakes are simple to do, but i came to get the rotors turned instead of paying a shop 15 per rotor to be turned. So he commences on to install the fronts, and it came to my attention that the brakes still had some grip on em so i told him not to put them on. On the front wheel i had 4 of 5 nuts on, i meant to have the one replaced later. He then tells me 3 of 5 of the nuts were bad, and i needed to pay him 120 to fix it, or i will have my tire fly off and i can crash. So, im like wtf? i had 4 of em on when i came in, i told him no thanks after 10 minutes of discussion. By the end of the visit, he still denied any 4th lug nut being on and again annoyed me to pay him 120 for 3 studs to be replaced. ( THIS IS ON THE SAME WHEEL BTW ON THE FRONT) He then goes on to put on the rear brake pads and brakes one of my studs and refuses to fix it without me paying him to fix the front studs! I still refused to! Ok, now time to pay, he then said that he will only charge me 50 to do the rear brakes. So i concur that was fine, EVEN THOUGH HE DIDNT TURN THE ROTORS. I just wanted to leave. I told him to fix my rear stud, and he still refused to. I am in the process of having them repair the broken stud, AVOID A HEADACHE AND WASTE OF TIME! scam artists dont show discrimination! THEY WILL PREY ON YOU EVEN IF THEY ARE THE SAME COLOR AS YOU!

I was introduced to Five Stars from a friend of mine-They are FANTASTIC! While waiting-I was talking to people waiting for their car-they came from all over to take their cars! They have checked out my car before and couldnt find anything wrong and did not charge...you can always get a free check from them-the shop is not anything to look at but they are good and quick and very reasonable.....very honest people.
