I am thoroughly unable to recommend this service shop to anyone. I went this past weekend for a freon recharge and an oil change at an appointed time, having called ahead. I arrived at the appointed time and they did not so much as touch my car for an hour. (Then why make an appointment?). They said I had to replace some part and would have to come back today, Monday, at 11:00 AM, by which point they expected to have the part. They charged me $100 as a deposit for the part (which other places charge less for) and also charged me full freight for the oil and freon services. They did not apply the coupons I had brought with me, and one of their managers, Mohinder, promised he would apply them when I returned, on Monday. I called them back today, as they stated they would have the part by 11, but it had not arrived. They put me off repeatedly and shot my entire day. I went in at 3:00, their last estimated arrival time, and they still did not have the part. They stalled and made empty promises that the part would arrive. After an additional 45 minutes of stalling, they agreed to refund me the $100 deposit, but another manager stated that she did not know how to do a credit card refund. She passed the logistics of that off to Mohinder, who now told me he would not honor the coupons the station itself provided and which he had told me just two days before he would honor. End result, they cost me a lot of money and several hours, didnt do the job, and didnt honor their word as to any appointments or arrival times, or service times. I would recommend that everyone avoid this location.

OK everyone, go to THIS Midas. Forget the rest. Started having a problem with brakes -- started to shimmy. Experience told me this was worn rotors. Picked this Midas because of a LACK of bad reviews -- Im in Long Beach. The tech prepped the vehicle for an inspection, and the Manager, Trenton Senter, Sr., went out to show me their findings. [Unbeknownst to him, Im a 30 year retired aircraft mechanic -- I know brakes]. His analysis was right on point, and the brakes confirmed his diagnosis. While I have the lifetime guarantee on the brakes, most folks know that rotors arent covered, and they wear out eventually. Mine were worn out. So he only recommended the work that needed to be done. NO SCAM HERE. I waited while the job was being completed -- and had a chance to overhear him working on the phone and with customers... Gotta tell you folks, hes a good guy. He does things right, and treats people right, even if they come in with a bad attitude (which a couple did, in fact...). If I wasnt retired, I would have considered hiring him away from Midas for one of my companies. But hes there, and thats your gain. Take your business to "Trenton" at Midas in Cypress. Its is OUR new Midas shop! Tell him Dale and Mike sent ya!

I drive for Uber I Derrick the store manager I asked him if the do inspection for Uber, he told it is going take 20 minutes and only $20 I waited about an hour, then I went out to see him speaking to worker he told him the tires needs replacement all 4 of them, the care has less than 38000 miles, he wants me to replace the tires which will cost me over $600, I asked him why you did full inspection and the last thing you did is the tires that is should be the first thing and you should told me if I still want the inspection since it will not pass, it cost me $20 and my time he was not helpful, I dont do business like this, I would never go back to their store or do any business with them

Amit was proactive, quick, and friendly. They gave me a very competitive quote with a discount and got me in the same hour to replace my radiator. The actual mechanic working on it was really cool, thorough and found a leak in the thermostat (which a shop had just replaced a month ago) housing along with some other small rusted parts. Amit made some quick calls and showed me what needed to be replaced along with the problems, and charged me only for the parts for the extra problems. He got it taken care of within about an hour, so excellent work, price, timing,and service!!! Free Wi-Fi, too.

Randy and Derrick were great! They did a great job at communicating and informing me on my car fixes. The customer service was excellent as well. They made great suggestions for my car at reasonable prices and I felt like Id known them forever with how they engaged with me as a customer. They even offered me breakfast on the house, which made my day go from good to great. lol. They made my experience a comfortable and reasonable one and I will definitely be returning.

Very professional! I am an aircraft technician and have been for 35 years. I went in for an issue, a squeal from the front brake, from work done less than 3000 miles ago at another Midas. The mechanic, Derrick, looked it over, found the problem and made an effective repair. Other problems where found and pointed out to me. No attempt to up sale me or find a reason to not honor the warranty. GOOD JOB! Thank you!

i will not return here. i got overcharged and very poor and slow service done on my brakes. i returned 2 weeks after the initial fix because it was still squeaking after the so called repair. the staff did not seem to care or believe me. i do not want to hear back from this location, i am going to gladly take my car for service elsewhere.

Great service! I did not feel as I usually do when I take in my car for repairs: like a single woman being taken advantage of in a car repair shop. I do wish the groupon had included the water pump as well. I will need to spend more money to completely service the timing belt repair but I will most likely take it to this shop.

The most bad experience with this place. Once I told them I have the parts they doubled the labor. He want to charge me 140.00$ plus tax and I checked the place which located in the same plaza was 100 $.

I loved this place. The manager is straightfoward and didnt try to upsale me with nonsense I didnt need. He even said my brakes were perfect and I didnt need to have them done. Simple.
