SUNRISE CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! Top quality work for fair prices. Lowest of three bids on two different repair jobs. When road debris cut my Jettas pressurized fuel line Trevor and Robert saved the car from being a total loss by completing a difficult but affordable inline repair. Wished Id gone to Sunrise first for a routine smog test after driving the car for 10 years in Alaska. Could have avoided paying for a second test after getting the catalytic converter replaced. (Sunrise does both smog test and repair.) I go to them for everything now, even tires. Jeff did a great job on my rear brakes replacement which also needed caliper work. I was consulted at every step, so Im confident this garage only makes needed repairs. It was a pleasure to go to Sunrise today for something as routine as an oil change. Adams friendly efficiency motivated me to follow up with this praise for Sunrise Automotive Repair.

When you are a dad and you daughter’s car is broken down 3000 miles away you are desperate to find someone you can trust to get it back on the road. I found “Sunrise Automotive” through recommendations on the “Car Talk” website. I called them up and explained my daughter’s car situation to Adam and he gave me a couple of different options. They were extremely helpful and I ended up using one of the tow companies he recommended. The folks at Sunrise communicated with me all the way through the repair and were very reasonable for the amount of time and work done. Not only did they win my business for this breakdown but we have now found a very safe/ fair /reputable place for future repairs. That gives a long distance dad lot of peace of mind. If you are looking for knowledgeable, safe friendly service go with these guys.

I called Sunrise Automotive and said we might take a little longer to toe the car to the autoshop, and they were willing to stay 10 minutes after closing to check out what was wrong with the car. By the time I went there, they told me that I would save more money by buying a new battery and theyll just replace it. They also did a service check and, since we were motivated to sell the car, they gave a lot of helpful advice and told me that it would be a better idea to sell the car than to waste more money on repairing it further. So they combined the toe fees and the service check into one easy payment. Not only is Sunrise Automotive a AAA Certified, they are friendly, offer useful advice, and go above and beyond to help our their customers. As a new loyal customer, I recommend this place to anyone.

Ive been bringing my 1999 Nissan Altima (210,000 miles) to Sunrise for the last 7 years. The only reason Ive kept my car this long is because of Sunrise. I found them after searching AAA and the Better Business Bureau, and did I find the best mechanics around!! They not only charge a lot less than what a dealer would, but they are the most honest mechanics Ive ever met. Like another reviewer stated, they dont do unnecessary repairs; just great, honest work every single time. Stop looking and bring your car here. Its worth the drive from anywhere in OC or Southern L.A. county. Plus, there is an enterprise right next door that charges cheap daily rental rates if you need one. Trevor, Robert & their crew rock!

The only shop Ill take my car to -- Great mechanics, professional, quick, reliable, and will do whats necessary instead of adding on costs. I came in last with an issue with my Driver side window. Before taking it apart they told me what it most likely was and what that may cost (ballpark estimate). After taking the door apart they called me back and told me it needed to be cleaned and reassembled but nothing was broken. They charged me for labor only. Everyone reading this knows -many- mechanics would not have done that. That may be an unfortunate reality, but its our reality none the less. I will always go here. AAA rated, quality work, fair prices.

The first time I used Sunrise was when I was having trouble with my Hondas transmission. It was out of warranty and I didnt want to bring it back to the dealer. Trevor told us that Honda actually extended the warranty on the transmissions. I went to the Honda dealership and he was right. I was impressed since he didnt need to tell me that. He could have fixed the transmission and I would never had known. We bring all of our cars to Sunrise now. I found an honest mechanic and I plan on staying with them.

I have been using Sunrise Automotive for 21 years. Sunrise has always taken good care of me. Robert Anderson is very knowledgeable and very honest. They have the best AAA rating and they do the best work on all the Toyotas that I have owned. I used to go to the dealership for my brakes and they just didnt last. Since I have found Sunrise, my brakes are long lasting and their work is absolutely wonderful. I recommend them very strongly for anyone looking for good work and fair pricing.

Robert and Trevor are GREAT! They have been taking care of my vehicles since 1988, both foreign and domestic cars and trucks. Ive been bringing cars here for about 20 years. I have never had an instance where they have done work that wasnt well done or needed. In fact just the opposite is true. I had a dealer that is now closed tell me I needed new brake pads and discs when they were installing replacement tires. I found out from Sunrise that I had better than 50K miles still on both front and back.

Sunrise is an honest and best auto repair place. They have helped me when I was on a time basis. I always got the best advice and the work is always done right!!! My Daughters car broke down on the freeway, when the Autoclub guy came to help her, she told him to take it to Sunrise, said we get all our cars worked on there,,,he said,,thats a great place,,they do good work...so it looks like the words out about these guys,,,like I said before,,they are the best around....would not take my cars anywhere else...

Paid $98 for inspection of bad idling, was told problem was I needed new air flow meter, was charged another $375 for parts and labor (prob took half hour but whatever), car stalled on me next day. Not once did they check my alternator which is burnt out. Thanks for nothing guys, take my money and run!

I have been going to Sunrise Automotive for over 10 years and they are the best and they are honest. This time they fixed one of those impossible to find noises that takes common sense and experience to figure it out and remidy the problem. Try them one and you will never go anywhere else.
